What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of Asana is its ability to streamline task management and project collaboration. With Asana, our team can easily create and assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in a centralized platform. This will greatly improved our team's organization and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, the outline is a bit scattered but once your able to attend the training that is when you will appreciate the different buttons and segmentation of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netstock and Pivot implementation.

Easy to use and effective project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Kanban board where you can easily create cards for tasks as well as subtasks, and it helps greatly with tracking status of projects and tasks. You can see all at a glance and can filter for tags, deadlines, task types, etc. Asana boards and cards make it easy to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams by simply tagging team members in comments or the description section. I also love the fact that you can easily link or attach documents or other files to each card so as to keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a feature that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team work together seamlessly with other internal stakeholders and teams. It also helps with transparency when it comes to project status and progress.
Found it lacking
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it was very helpful initially to keep organized but felt it laced some of the things that I wanted. I liked that you could download it easily into Shift and that customer service was great but prefer to use ClickUp overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I found it to be confusing and I'm not sure how much they have remedied it but I disliked that a lot.

Helped keep our huge mirage of projects organized.
The best cross-departmental "connective tissue"
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features of Asana is using rules to set up automations on projects. Being able to customize notifications to cross-department team members based on a task's completion, due date, or other field is a great time-saving advantage. I am in the process of implementing and training more of our internal departments to utilize the strengths of Asana within our org!
What do you dislike about the product?
A (very) minor detail, but I would like to see the customized project icons shown in the sidebar next to the project on top of the colored squares. Just another visual quick-reference in my opinion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set and assign sub-tasks is a great benefit. It really allows me to get into the "nitty-gritty" of a project and identify (and assign) even the most minor tasks across teams to acheive overall project success!
This is the best project management tool. Period.

I love that I can easily assign tasks to my team and see their progress throughout the work cycle.

I truly cannot think of a bad thing. I kinda wish the advanced tier was a little cheaper.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple ways we can communicate both internally and with our clients in Asana. It keeps us out of our email and focused on actual tasks and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations had more options. We have a lot of custom fields in our library but cannot do WHERE style automation using them.

We were looking for a way to communicate with our clients and hold them accountable.
Unique project management app.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides time saving resources by allowing stakeholders to get their own project updates and track the projects progress without interrupting the team executing the project.
It helps us keep track of all the projects that we are working on, prioritising them and making sure that they get complete.
It has good mobile and Web interface which helps in creation and assignment of projects having notification hence each person can enter to work no matter where it is.

Asana has alot of profit to us hence we don't have any dislike about it.

It is now easy to manage the projects even when from far since it provides good mobile and Web interfaces.
User friendly and lots of useful features
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to use, which was great at bringing in others from the company and selling the idea of using it to them. It was clear what was outstanding, and customisable to my businesses needs.
We were able to use it everyday for most tasks and was not a pain to update, which other project management software providors struggle with.
The onboarding was easy and it took less than a day to set up to have for all our projects. It was easy to integrate into our teams and it became the basis for a lot of our meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little pricey once you started to bring more users in which was a barrier to growth and using it more. I think its good value for money, but for small businesses it is a bit of an outlay.
I didnt like the graphics when you tick a task off, it was a bit of sensory overload.

It was very easy to make chunks of work and projects with Asana and it solved the problem of our project management. It was easy to assign tasks to people and importantly, assign sub tasks and assign dependencies.
