Flexible project and work management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Key features I appreciate include:
• Task and Project Structuring: Asana enables the creation of projects with tasks, subtasks, and sections, supporting granular work breakdowns. Assigning tasks to individuals and setting due dates is straightforward, and dependencies between tasks are managed efficiently.

• Workflow Automation: The platform offers customizable automation via rules, triggers, and templates. Routine processes, such as triaging requests or assigning tasks based on criteria, are handled with minimal manual intervention.
• Integration Ecosystem: Asana integrates natively with a wide range of business applications, including Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and more, supporting seamless information flow across tools.
• Goal and Reporting Tools: Built-in features for setting objectives and tracking progress make it easy to align daily work with strategic goals. Reporting dashboards and workload management tools provide actionable insights into project health and team capacity.
• Role-Based Access and Permissions: The system supports granular user roles and permissions, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to relevant team members.
• Onboarding and Training Resources: Asana Academy and in-app guides provide structured learning paths, covering everything from basic navigation to advanced workflow design.

Organizes Our Team Beautifully and Effectively
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana is not only a personal tool but a corporate tool. It keeps each person on track with their goals and deadlines, and then keeps us all accountable to each other. It has been a gamechanger when we are in meetings, to easily have Asana open in order to, in real time, add tasks and to-do's for each person as we discuss things. Also, we can use Asana to check in on each other's progress on corporate projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that when our whole team had to change emails because of a type of corporate rebranding, we could not change our emails within Asana. We are having to use our old emails in order for us not to lose our history and traction of where we were. We could have easily started over but we weren't willing to do that. We reached out to customer service and because our new emails are just gmails, they couldn't help us change them either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability within individuals and team projects, personal task reminders and scheduling.
Excellent project management and task tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's so easy to organize work and keep everyone aligned without a ton of setup. The interface is blazing fast, clean and intuitive, so even team members who aren’t super tech-savvy can pick it up quickly. I especially like the flexibility—as a team, we can view tasks as a list, board, or timeline depending on what works best for the project. The ability to set clear assignees, due dates, and subtasks helps us stay on top of deadlines, and having everything in one place has really cut down on status update meetings. It just makes collaboration smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it can get a bit overwhelming when you're part of multiple projects with lots of tasks. The notifications can pile up quickly, sometimes sending multiple notifications for the same task, and it's easy to miss something important if you're not checking in regularly. Also, while the customization options are great, sometimes they feel a bit buried—it takes a few extra clicks to find what you need, especially when trying to adjust views or project settings.

Asana is helping us solve a few key problems that we struggled with before. We originally used Trello, but as our customer base grew, it became harder to manage tasks and communication at scale. With Asana, we’re able to keep all customer-related tasks organized in one place. Each customer has their own section or project, so it’s easy to track what’s been done, what’s in progress, and what’s still pending. It also helps streamline internal communication—we no longer have to chase updates in Teams or email threads. Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and keeping documentation linked to the right workflows has saved us a ton of time and reduced things falling through the cracks. It’s made our process more reliable and scalable.
✨💖 I’ve officially fallen back in love… with Asana! 💖✨
What do you like best about the product?
Like an old flame you run into at a coffee shop — I used Asana years ago at a past job, but we eventually drifted apart (it wasn’t you, it was me… okay, it was both of us).
Fast forward to my new role, and guess who’s back? Asana came back into my life, and let me tell you — it’s better than ever.
Now, Asana is my must-have tool. It keeps me organized, focused, and even makes me look like I have my life together (spoiler: mostly thanks to Asana).
If you’re on the fence or fell out of touch like I did, this is your sign to rekindle the romance. Trust me — it’s worth the second date. 😉✨
