One of the best tools for team collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very easy to use. It is really simple to track and manage tasks across a team project. It saves a lot of time, and hence improves productivity alongside collaboration. Overall I think it is a very high quality task management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing big projects with asana can be difficult at times, due to increased complexity. Another major drawback I feel is that it is not possible in asana to assign one task to multiple people. This can be limiting at times. Apart from these, I think it is a really good tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our organization we have many team projects going on in parallel. So, it becomes difficult to manage them efficiently, and hence we use asana to address this problem. Its solves all our project management and collaboration problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When it comes to project/task management tools, there are many options available. One of them is asana, and its a good one. I would definitely recommend you to give it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel that the advance search feature bears mention.If you think of it Asana can be used as a foundation for a killer content management and indexing system.The search and the task assignment feature simplify tracking and retrieval of content.
There is an asana extension for chrome that is very handy for bookmarking websites and documents on the web that i use as a foundation for a content curation system.

1)NO EASY SWITCHING OF VIEWS.

Asana has an email notification system which can send emails related to your tasks.its a very helpful feature.

i love the app and it makes it easier for me to track my upcoming tasks and also the assigned tasks to my team members

dislike getting too many email notifications, even though its good sometimes the notifications can be many depending on the number of tasks assigned to you

solved alot of chasing problems and also managed to find what is pending in one glimpse, also makes it easy for me to make a team member accept a task

I love how easy this is to use, but I also love how many options are available. You can customize it to your needs. Our whole office uses it every day and it makes our job so much easier.

I would say that there are sometimes so many options that it's easy to make mistakes and sometimes hard to get where you want to go. But once you figure it out, it's really very simple

Our team uses Asana on a daily basis. It’s more than just a to-do list, it’s an app that truly makes its users feel good for getting things done. From the trendy emojis that occasionally pop up, to the easy to use dashboard, this app is a must-have for any company or team to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a very colorful, interactive program that motivates its users to complete tasks in a timely manner. Other programs may compromise its appearance for an easy to use dashboard, while others may forfeit the simplicity of its app to appear colorful or modern. Asana does both.
Asana is great for keeping track of tasks and Workin with a team.

It's really easy to assign tasks to teammates, collaborate, and keep track of important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very customizable. I often wish that I could reorder tasks that are all due at the same time.

My team uses Asana to onboard new customers that use our software.

Transparency is key, I can see what all my teams are doing at all times, and also keeps a log of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to see visually, no content repository, images get lost in threads, same with attachements

Making people work on the same system forces us to figure out solutions to problems eariler in the project process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Asana makes me feel. It's also great that it's so close to Trello. I'd been using Trello to keep me organized for years and so making the transition to Asana was pretty simple.
I also really love the cute little graphics that are provided in the program. It's such a simple thing, but it truly makes me just so happy. Right now, leading up to Halloween there is a "Spooky" theme where an adorable little bat flies around and lands on a line and moves when you move the page. Their other themes are also quite charming, there is a winter one where snow falls and collects at the bottom of the page like snow would actually collect. I know that is such a silly thing to find joy in, but it's the small things that really just brighten my day - particularly when they follow the basic laws of physics. I think it shows that the company is in-tune with not only their client base, but people in general.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find frustrating is how often Asana seems to go down. You'll be working on a project or setting up for a team meeting and it'll be down. It's not everyday, but it's often enough to cause issue at times and certainly often enough to be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issue of staying organized on the many various projects I have going on any given day as well knowing where I'm at on all those tasks without having to dig around for an update. It's easy to give my team a quick update after an even quicker glance at where my "cards" are at. I just love the simplicity and that I can share cards with my team so they know what's going as well if I'm out of the office.

I feel like it's just intuitive, don't over think it.
