Great tool, helps me stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me stay on top of all my daily tasks and communicate with my team in an organized fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not much I dislike. I think Asana is made well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am on top of my organization game, which, at the end of the day helps save me time and accomplish more.
Asana for project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is simple to use project management tool with variety of features that helps to organize the boards in standard way, the drag and drop task management helps us to rearrange and prioritize the tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana backlog prioritization is not much user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To organize projects in professional manner, to prioritize backlogs and to generate reports
Asana is amazing for project management across multiple teams.
What do you like best about the product?
We started leveraging Asana as a company to ensure tasks and conversations on the floor didn't fall through the cracks. Since then, we've seen productivity increase and the reminders via email are great as everyone on the team is extremely busy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just upgraded and are still earning how best to use the timelines, boards and other features. Outside of that, I'd love another field for due dates. We use due dates to change owner responsibility but we don't leverage it as something that's actually "due". I'd love to be able to API this to Salesforce and have a tagging system if possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that it allows us to communicate with less meetings and ensure visibility across the agency. As I mentioned above, we use this to ensure tasks and important messages are shared and don't slip through the cracks. When an account manager gets off the phone with a client, they input all needs from their media team and assign it to them to make sure they get the message across.

Asana is great for having all of your projects and tasks in one place. You can assign tasks to people and due dates, it's really helped me keep everything I'm working on more organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Asana for a few months now and haven't found anything I dislike. It's very user-friendly.

We started using Asana to have more transparency into what everyone is working on and keep organized. It's nice because you can have private and public tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use and effective in tracking all aspects of various projects.

I have not found anything I do not like.

We have solved the issues associated with project tracking and team members being assigned specific project tasks. Asana keeps everyone organized and focused, no more waiting for leadership to direct work.

Asana is a great tool to managing staff and ensuring all aspects of projects are being done in a timely manner.

We love coordinating together as a team with asana. The coordination on and offline on projects is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to navigate if you don’t properly name your distinct projects. But this is easily fixable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to get project management email threads that were miles long and always seemed to be missing something- now all the different parts are in one easy to search place!
Asana is great for managing tasks and company projects
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to organize Asana tasks and projects. I love the very logical format. Other project management tools are clunky and not as intuitive making it hard to organize tasks. I love that I can easily assign tasks to others as well as tag them to ensure they get notifications. It's great that you can choose different points of view, i.e. calendar mode, list, board, etc. Also love that you can make assigned tasks dependent upon someone else's tasks if that person needs to complete something before the next person can complete their tasks.

So far asana has been a great tool. It has been a game changer as our company has grown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great managing our huge launches with so many moving parts and details to keep track of. It's really helped us not drop the ball on anything that is crucial to our program launches.
Best project management tools with internal and external
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this tool last couple of months and it very easy so signup adds a task person and moves forward to process.

I have used a mobile app and it not working smoothly. not satisfy with mobile design and user experience

Asana helps me quick communication point by point let say if we discuss any particular point so will discuss it over there and once finished it will make it colour green or done.

I highly recommend using Asana! It's free, it helps you stay on track and it helps your customers and clients to know what is happening with their projects and tasks at all times as long as you are updating those projects and tasks.

Asana is great for project management and has up to 15 free user licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version doesn't allow you to set an end date on tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize projects for the non-profit that I work with as well as my own personal projects all in one place.
