A Great Project Management Tool for Any Team!!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the User Interface is easily the best feature when you first start using Asana. Very easy to navigate and to understand. If your team is already heavily involved with using Social Media and such, then they will easily get use to Asana's interface. And those who aren't will still be able to create task within minutes of starting to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't put a finger on the worse part of it, but i wish there were more integrations. But, i do believe that Asana really works hard with keeping those updated. Almost on a weekly basis, Asana adds more and more integrations so that you can still use the apps and software that you are currently using so that it's easier to keep everything on track at no additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem that Asana solves is communication throughout my team, being able to easily communicate so that nothing falls between the cracks. The fact that Asana eliminates the overall need to micro manage your team is a huge plus. Now a days, you must either reach out to team mates through email, text, phone or worst of all getting up physically and going to his or her desk to find out the status of a certain project. But what if that person is teleworking or not on site? Asana makes it so much easier for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are several webinars and tools that Asana provides to new users to help them get acquainted with Asana.....use those resources. They will definitely help you and your team

I can create projects and set up tasks for different projects, assign them to a user and add follower to any task

Functions and settings are not easy to find or navigate through

My experience with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
As per my last long experience with Asana, it is a good software to use for a team to manage project progress and tasks in better way. It helps to analyse the progress and blockers for each team member individually. Also we can analyse the all over progress of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing i observed bad thing Asana is we can't set the due dates as expected for sub tasks also, it will be a good thing if Asana provide such feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana as an alternative for tsks management.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to create project plans and go down to the individual task level and assign them out to coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who are more visual, the Asana look and feel may not vibe well with what they're used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to map out our projects and assign tasks to people. We also use it to automatically keep each other updated.
Great Project Management tool for Mid-size organizations.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides the functionality to create projects and add tasks. The tasks can later be assigned to developers or the responsible person. It makes easy to go through all the discussion about a task on a single page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Asana for more than a year and did not find any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our projects and projects related tasks. We usually manage our long term clients who give us regular tasks on same project for a long time, on Asana. It's easy to manage long-running projects with multiple long-running tasks which are going back and forth
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to manage long-running projects which usually consist of lengthy tasks for adding support/modifications in the same environment, again and again, I would recommend going with Asana, as you can track all previous communications and changes easily.
Great product to keep organized

I love how there are so many functionalities to help you keep organized and manage your products. I love how you can collaborate across different teams so seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little expensive for the premium package.

I am using Asana to help me better manage my projects and keep track of task and deadlines
Clean and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides a clean but powerful interface for tracking projects and to do list items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have little or nothing to dislike about the software. It's very well designed

I have implemented Asana to ensure timely completion of important work related tasks.

If you need a feature-packed interface alongside simple usability, Asana is the option for you.

Doesn’t serve me well with my to do list, but that’s a me problem.

I manage designers and I’m able to assign out their projects with greater easy
Smooth Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows teams to share status, make quick notes, share files. I like to open tasks by sending an e-mail in. The UI is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The e-mail feature appears to only create new tasks--I can't figure out a way to e-mail updates in, or add attachments via e-mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, we didn't have a way to keep tabs on where projects were. Now, with Asana, we can see where we're tracking.

Clean and intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity that is available with Asana. I can switch between tasks and boards with ease, and collaboration with others is very easy to identify. The new features that Asana keeps adding are well thought out (such as the task schedule view) and basic portfolio functionality proves that this is a living product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its main competitor, Trello, has far more features such as power ups and more collaboration features than Asana, making it useful for slightly more complex scenarios. I think Asana excels at thoughtful feature implementation, but not necessary in the variety of features offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm organizing my work, I can set due dates and prioritize tasks. In addition, I can create boards and drag/drop between different statuses as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a free management option, Asana is a great choice. Your business can grow within Asana if you are an SMB. The barriers to entry are low enough to enter without sacrificing quality.
