Asana is fully featured in terms of task management and a really powerful way to hit the ground running on projects and who's doing what.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI greatly restricts the tool to managing tasks. While it's sleek and very powerful, it's a bit hard to grasp how things can interrelate with notes or documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped keep multiple, concurrent projects in check - helped team leaders understand where we were in terms of progress on any project - and helped us begin to put stuff all in one, cloud-based place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you relate it with other applications to give you the full, comprehensive experience for project management purposes. Slack integration is amazing, for instance!

What do you like best about the product?
I am working for a client that uses Asana as Bug tracking and management tool. I personally feel exhausted working with Asana. I have and am still using JIRA on daily basis and can very distinctively say that both these tools are very different. Asana is nothing like JIRA at all. Asana is good for project management perspective but I personally wouldn't use it for Bug tracking and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bug creation and tracking procedure is a headache plus I did not see from where I can define a bug life cycle in the project. I wanted it to make some changes in order to strengthen the project health quality wise but I couldn't find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i stated earlier, Asana is a good tool when it comes to project management and for higher management it gives a clear picture where the team is focused and what are the task everyone working on. So I can say that it helps in collaboration and close monitoring.
Its a good application for bug tracking but can have good user friendly interface

I can plug in the test case and sprint management tool

the way it looks is not so easy for first time users , needs time to understand

It solves the way to attach test case to the stories and maintain the entire epic form scratch to closure in one way track

Its like a very vast tool, once you master it, you wont like other tools. its kind of good fit to project management

Asana is one of the easiest collaboration tools to learn for generalists users and multi-team collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its features are adequate for general use, it lacks features for users that need advanced functionalities in project and program management and complex resourcing requirements. Also, its AI capabilities are limited.

Slightly confusing interface but very powerful organization tool once you get the hang of it
