What do you like best about the product?
What I find most useful the ability to fit the tool into your workflow; hashtag usage; and integration to TMetric.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience seems behind the desktop experience.

Most issues are project management related. What is great about Asana is the ability to harvest all the ideas, create a step by step workflow, manage the steps, delegate when needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For startups or NGOs who wish to find a tool that allows you to develop yourself and your business at little to no cost, look no further, ASANA is the top tool for promoting work efficiency and teamwork.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps keep organized as a team, and helps me make sure I'm staying up to date on the projects/tasks at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. If there was some way I can integrate into G-Suite, that'd be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that I'm fully aware of what my team is working on, where they're at with that project, and how much time is left. That way I know where to allocate more resources, and ensure we get our tasks done on time.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Asana is its wonderful and seamless task creation tools. Create an organization, create a myriad of workspaces, and then create projects from templates or to suit your needs. The additional excitement when you complete a task is also kind of wonderful and fantastic. My favorite part of Asana is you can drill down as far as you need to go creating subtasks.

Despite some constructive criticisms I may have, I would highly recommend this product to anyone utilizing project management, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Harvest is also integrated seamlessly for time tracking and repporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem is their pricing. It is a very expensive application to utilize but includes all the features I've been looking for - which is apparently very difficult to find.

I wish it was easier to export projects to another workspace. This is definitely one of the downsides I've experienced. Also, being able to create a project from a section would be a nice addition. Otherwise, you can manually do some workarounds which are time-consuming, but keeping everything cleanly organized is my goal. I also wish you were able to create outlines with completing tasks and reminders, Kind of how it's set up now, but the completed tasks aren't removed or crossed out would be a nice addition.

Night mode would be excellent as well. I used Chrome 78 Beta to force night mode, and a native night mode would be amazing and would let it keep it's beautiful brand colors (which I think look better with black than white personally!).

There's also a weird issue in Chrome when you get to the bottom of the task creation list, it's right up against the horizontal scroll bar and the edge of the screen, so it makes it difficult to read what you're writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems I'm solving is organizing not only my professional life but also keeping track of my graduate coursework. I've also taken to outlining my books and other reading material in order to kind of have a record of when everything was due or completed. I haven't been able to experiment with additional fields or reports, but I'm sure those are amazing as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is definitely a worthwhile cause to try for test drive. It is wonderfully made and a fantastic app, with Chrome extension and Gmail integrations, and highly supported in integration marketplaces. I also use it with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can make clear where you are in any process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get confusing between the different project pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy guide to answer where anyone is on anything! I love it, really.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try if you have a large enough team with many processes

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Online project was a bit more easier to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now I was like disorganized when it came To my personal project and my job, but now I’m seeing the benefits in organizing my test in daily and weekly goals

What do you like best about the product?
I'm been so impressed with asana because of the intuitive way I can manage tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of how many clicks it takes to jump around multiple pipelines in and out of different projects. A master view of all pipelines would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my team held accountable with task management. We are all on the same page now since using this. No more spreadsheets. Clear understanding of who is responsible for everything we are working on as a team and inside our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to draw out the ideal workflow for your organization first. Make the tool work to support your existing workflow. Having this first can make all the difference in the world so that you are not double dipping in projects and causing more problems.
When building this into your process, look at the timers and time management. We have a remote workforce and it's nice to make sure everyone is on the same page and working on what they need to get done.

Great for Organized Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share to-do lists on Asana with your counterparts and co workers is a great way for everyone to stay organized on the task at hand. Its great for even just a line of sight, giving your supervisor insight into what needs to get done and what has already been done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to run into a reason to dislike Asana. I'd say my only thing is getting used to the UI/UX of the platform, but that comes with any new website. Once you are acclimated (which is not hard to do), the platform becomes very easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing across projects and teams a list of things to do and a list of things that are already done. the due date feature keeps everyone organized and on top of deadlines.
