One of the best project/task management apps.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use and allows rapid user adoption for teams just switching over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more project management elements such critical path.

Daily task and small project management - individually and with small teams.

Asana is my go to app for daily tasks and small project management. I will use other apps when I need all of the elements of a project management environment, but for 90% of what I do, Asana is spot on.

There are too many options which makes it not user friendly.

We have many members that work remotely that Asana allows us to write on the tasks at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about asana is its very user friendly, you no need to worry about anything its will keep tack every thing if you want to assign any task to any team member just drag and drop tasks to that person and that's it:).

When we are filling the working details switching one page to another page taking little bit more time every thing else is good for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The program maintains a very well organized workflow, allowing you to create tasks, evaluate how much work your team members have in order to reassign a task or re-evaluate goals to keep all the work of the team balanced.
Another thing i really liked was the communication system the program has, it is very fast and intuitive allowing you to keep the communication between other members of the team through different devices making it very easy to send notifications as the team move forward in the project. That constant feedback makes room for a rich exchange of ideas and debate which is so important in every business you are involve.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration with some of the most important and globally used email clients on the market like Gmail and Outlook, it would be awesome the ability to send emails task to the program.
The fact that Asana if more suitable for small and growing businesses compromises it a lot its capabilities for companies with large numbers of employees and with very heavy workloads presenting a deal breaker for very large organizations.
One of the key things i didn't like was the absence of assigning two or more persons to one task thus removing flexibility of creating a collaborative space for a specific task.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the marketing resolving daily issues managing tasks to people and projects, it helps us breaking down large and complex problems into small tasks which boost our efficiency, solving those issues in such a organize way. The practicality involve in the software really makes it a pleasant experience for my department due to the mount of work we receive everyday.

If you want a fast, intelligent and modern project management software Asana is definitely a great choose, an impeccable tool of facilitating the organization and administration of all your current work or projects, knowing that it will help through the creation project plans, assignation of tasks, resolution of issues and many more features that will eliminate the problems that comes with old solutions for management like emails or other communications services that dominated the past for so long.

Of this software I like how easy it is to use it, because what is the use of having all the tools that help it if they also present a problem when they are used, nothing better than simplicity and ease of use in the tools that we provide solutions to our problems apart that you can customize everything to your liking and craving this helps the user to feel comfortable with the platform since it has the image that you most want

With Asana I can solve what is the order and management of a work team and projects since it gives me multiple tools to monitor and see the actions of my teams and project progress as well as delegate tasks and share information quickly between the team is a very useful tool to work in a team and guide a team to see failures and correct them is a problem that this software solves efficiently and almost immediately

The benefits that this software gives me are many from creating projects to follow up all those who work in it, as well as a global management of all the projects and tasks you need, you can customize everything and delegate functions and tasks unlimited and in different levels to have perfect control of your projects we can also say that it allows you to save and move your information and share it among your colleagues, something simple but that certainly helps in incredible ways

I recommend for anyone who wants or considers using this software, try the free trial to know everything it can offer you, and know your work team so you know how to organize it correctly since you can have the best tools but if the work team does not This is not up to the results you expect, this is a software for people who want to improve their projects and have better control over it so you must have confidence in each of the team members

Asana is a beautifully designed and easy to use project management / collaboration tool. We use it for managing projects across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to use Trello sometimes (a lot for personal tasks) because of the more visual display of tasks. Asana sometimes masks the actual tasks and movement through a flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us to collaborate and to keep projects on task.
Great aggregator of project progress but has some rough edges

Adding tasks to a specific project from other applications is a great feature to have
What do you dislike about the product?
Project trees should be presented in a slightly cleaner fashion -- it can get confusing or cluttered sometimes from the current view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of progress on several projects with different timelines -- especially useful to closely monitor projects which generally take a lot of time and one might lose track of action items from a long time ago

It could use a little more structure, and maybe a good library of tutorial videos.

Linking tasks and projects is not the easiest thing to do and sometimes things get siloed
