Great tool for virtual teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Asana allows you to upload documents and photos to separate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Asana work on the notification system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana really allows smooth workflow between our virtual members as though they were in the same office!

What do you like best about the product?
i am use this tool for last couple of year for project management tools. i will upload all details project specifications over tool and add email to customer and will have details discussion.
Some of key point of tool:-
1. Android and iphone are available so we can use mobile as well.
2. Work, project, and task management
3. Communication
4. will manage my Tasks according price
5.will setup Inbox and Search
6 will get Advanced Search reports

What do you dislike about the product?
it easy to use tools but for new customer have some difficulty to manage all feature but once use to about product will manage it easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can divided task separately as per customer priority. and it help you to identifier customer requirement and task.
So once start use this tools project execution smoothly..

I have use this tools for over the couple of years and it easy to manage details project with customer.

If you need a fast tool for tracking task Asana it is your right choice

You could do everything there, make schedules, assign projects, request documents/briefs, make a calendar, communicate with a team or multiple teams
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t get notifications that much and can’t track if the assigned task was delivered, viewed or accepted

Time management, too many emails, not knowing who’s assigned a project

Ability to structure your business and keep on top of projects and task lists.

when copying a task list with multiple parties involved, I'm not able to recreate without tagging each party to their related task.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an extremely useful tool to divide up tasks within a group to work towards a single goal. Its very useful for organizing and assigning tasks to specific members, who can mark when the task is completed. This helps everyone stay on track and meet a deadline much easier than without.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many complaints, the website is visually appealing, but there is a little bit of a learning curve. However its really not too difficult and doesnt take too long to catch on

This is helpful for keeping people on tracking, as you can assign specific members for each task, as well as deadlines, they need to mark when each task is completed.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user friendly! I love all their resources and training modules and how they are constantly making helpful upgrades and additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I just wish the free version had more capabilities. I work for a non profit and would love to take advantage of some of the pricier business account features but our company can’t afford them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability as well as having record of things. With the different way you can structure projects, the uses for them are endless. I have projects that function as thought boards and ones that build out a projects with lots of timelines, deliverables, and various team members who’s work relies on one another.

Jump in and try the free version at least. Things will immediately become more organized for your team and communication grows between team members!

The limitation of the free team members.

The Deletion option of the tool can also be made as good as the tool itslef is.
