Asana streamlined marketing workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Asana email updates are helpful. The way multiple people can be integrated is simple and helpful for managing teams with different roles. Asana has a built in calendar and task assignments that keep everyone on track. there’s enough space to keep all the docs, trackers, calendars, instructions, and communications in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit cluttered. I don’t really like the way the tabs/categories are “hidden” and if you don’t set up the locations for easy access files, it can get a bit diluted and “lost”. I wish there was an easier way to dashboard everything. The landing page is different every time I log in, depending where I left off last time and that sometimes throws me off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m working on Asana to coordinate multiple tasks to get marketing work done for multiple small companies. I like that the graphics, login info, product data sheets, etc. can all be sorted and stored in a single place. Then, any person assigned to a task can access that info and get notified about assignments and deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is great for team/task based work. I do think it does have a bit of a learning curve so depending how technically savvy and independent everyone in the team is, it would be helpful to hold a training or give ample time to get everyone acclimated.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows me to track my progress through processes. I love checklists and they are good for those!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It just has a bit of a learning curve if you’re used to paper planners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automate things more and set reminders that repeat for my repeating processes
ASANA: The Best Cloud Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an easy to use Project Management Software that is free as long the user limit is 15. For me, the best feature of ASANA is the live editor that will automatically save your input and everyone will know what you did for transparency. ASANA requires you to have a WORK email but you can also use GMAIL if you plan to use it personally whereas WORK email allows you to have multiple teams inside ASANA. The alerts, API integration, Mobile App and the minimalist design of this software are what makes the user experience top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
ASANA is expensive even though it is free for less little than 16 users, we still can't purchase ASANA since it's the same price as getting a VPS Software. I don't have a clue on how the Gantt Chart works on ASANA but it's a cool feature that makes me want to purchase ASANA but does not merit the high price of the monthly payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two of my Bosses are having problems using ASANA on Mobile Devices so it's not user friendly on ages 40 and above.

Look no more! ASANA is the best Project Management Software ever created.
Asana Makes Life Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes group work much more efficient because you can share updates and assign tasks, keeping everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have anything negative about Asana.

Asana was very helpful for reviewing your daily to weekly tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
It notifies you with the tasks that you've planned and provides details on how will your week be productive through an effective time management.

The software is helpful but it needs to improve with their icons, toogels and other task icons.

Timely tasks management was addressed by Asana. If you plan and write things to be done with you individually or with your team you can never miss any targets.

Time and tasks management can be excellent using with ASANA.
Asana - if you have a big project, this is the tool you should use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great tool for colaboration and project management even when the project is really big. It enables you to delegate tasks on multiple co-workers, set up followers for different tasks - that means that all people from the department stay up to date with comments, files and progress even if they are not directly responsible fot the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
When delegate the task on two different workers - Asana creates a copy of this tasks which means that you are cannot add comment that appears in both tasks. Simply, you need to write the comment/share file into the original task and also in the tasks you coppied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana everyday when managing large projects with coworkers inside or outside of our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider having Asana as a main project management tool for large projects. It is not neccessary to use it for small and short-time projects such as creating a banner.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a clean and user-friendly user experience. It functions nicely and has easy to use features especially for collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it had more robust features like Wrike has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great for planning out and completing steps for complex projects but I've also used it for simple to-do tasks.
Great for team communication/remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great way for teams to work cohesively together. You can assign tasks, see where the task progress is, and let your coworkers and boss know what is on your plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox seems a bit messy to me, and I think it should be easier to see the tasks you have done each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way for us to work as a team. If we have a project, we can break it down into different pieces. If one project needs graphics, copy, and approval, we can make each task dependent on the other and then mark where the task is. That way, the management team knows what is on their plate for approval, and we don't have to check email chains to figure out what is going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like the business aspect of it - it has a lot more features. Use it to get requests and to keep yourself organized. Make sure the entire team uses it and learns how to work it, that way the line of communications stays open with everyone.

With Asana my team and I are able to save time tracking things down as Asana streamlines many tasks. Benefits include: easy to collaborate, share information, project management, calendar of activity, requests from other departments, just to name a few.
