Awesome task management software for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent user interface that's extremely easy to use all included in the free version of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons here. It does everything need currently need and it's free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team organized and on schedule while keeping everyone in the loop.

If you're looking for a free task management software, this is a really good option.

I would like to have more integrations available. Hard to choose between this tool and other solutions.

Being able to make subtasks and assign them to different people. Being able to keep all projects and related documents in a sharable, centralized platform.

You cant assign a task to multiple people.

Keeping on track with projects and due dates. Easily sharing progress with coworkers.
AMAZING Project Management for Events
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I use Asana mainly for any upcoming events we have. We create columns that say To Do, In Process, and Completed with a list of tasks under each one. It's been great because we are also able to assign the task to each responsible people. It's a great project management tool that gives insight to everyone needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't seen any software updates in a long time or new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event planning has been a breeze- we don't have to email each other on who has done what. We can just check the board and see what has already been completed and by who, along with what's left to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to collaborate with different teams and groups. We use it for onboarding and larger project managing and it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the reminders for past due items don't get sent to you or you can't tie it to a google calendar alert to notify you to get it done.

Larger project managing problems.
Easy, Intuitive, Fun to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great way to organize team efforts and easily see the priorities of what needs to be done. It was immediately understandable for everyone involved and a great way to keep things moving. I found the calendar function particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose there could be more functionality, especially for developers, but for marketing and content its pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a software to organize our priorities and keep things moving. A huge benefit was the calendar function, which helped us keep track of all the content we sent out. Before we used Asana we didn't have a centralized place to keep track of all our outgoing customer-facing communication.

It's a great way to organize your work and team efforts without getting bogged down in the details of how to work the software.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness of Asana enables me to onboard several team members at multiple stages of the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be prohibitive in the nonprofit space.

I have used Asana to plan fundraisers and projects for multiple nonprofits. Asana is most helpful in event planning, enabling me to connect a team of staff and volunteers for cohesive task and project management.

Asana makes it very easy to roll out new projects, as well as makes sure that each individual has completed its necessary part in contributing to the project.

Creating "teams" and sharing projects with people who may be outside of the specific team was a little challenging for me at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting deadlines is nowadays not a difficult task for me with this amazing product that makes my workload so many burdens less by its amazing features. Moreover, making certain plans whenever and wherever I need is quite easy because I don’t have to go to look for another useless application anymore while having it in my PC. Moving forward I can now manage all my group work projects through it by collaborating with my teammates in a more useful and productive way. Plus point of this application is that it readily helps in finding certain problems and risk even before it happens that really helps in managing the issues with more expertise.

Asana is a complete bundle of features and functionalities that helps in maintaining workflow in teamwork projects. Moreover, finding solutions to my problems is nowadays more convenient because I can easily have my team support through it.

Basically this application is providing me solutions to my on-going team work projects that need to be complete on time. For this purpose it is making sure that each certain project will be completed on time by going through multiple stages in an incredible way. Furthermore, I can even know about the changes that are being take place in my on-going projects through its magnificent tracking feature and also making different schedules is a bit easier through it.

This product is surely a good suggestion for those companies or organizations where certain tasks needed to be completed on daily basis. Also, where there is a need to collaborate among teammates from national or international level so, communicating and collaborating with them is a lot easier through this certain product.
