Project Management Tool Every Should Try!
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Asana is one of the essential tools for every manager. I personally use it to manage my team in a much more effective way. Task delegation and role assignments have become much easier. In addition, Asana provides me with a more integrated, all-in-one platform, which is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not easy to learn. It took me several weeks of hard work to understand everything about it. It might be my fault because I like to learn everything I detail, but I would argue that it is not easiest software on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved with Asana is its biggest benefit. This application can provide users with a platform where everything is gathered together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Genuinely one of the finest project management tools on the market. Definitely worth your money

Asana has help recapture lost time from disorganization by organizing project execution into individual responsibilities in a time-bound format.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve in implementing this software. A full day is required to implement and get everyone up to speed.

Remote communication, task management and project setup are easily executed.

Free feature almost enough for startup business. I do using Asana when I started my first company.

Task assign feature need to improve. I think task creator can edit and flowup tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for organizing all future projects at work, with very useful tools such as being able to create a to-do list to then check them off as they are completed, managing a calendar that helps us remember pending tasks for certain days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that bothers me, it has provided me with a lot of help since we started using it and it is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to be more organized, we can have all the projects in the correct order, with calendars to organize ourselves and be able to create lists of all the things we have pending to always complete them on time and not harm us in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love how it works and I totally recommend it, when you start using it you will notice the improvement in the way you organize yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization and the ability to create regimented routines for things you need to do. By creating workflows, anyone on our team can pick up where we’ve left off and complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new interface could use some visual work. I find it too spaced out and hard to figure out what is going on from a quick glance. Bring back the simple view!

Task completion, workflows, processes, task tracking, accountability, and progress reporting.

Much better than any other task management software I’ve tried in the past.
Easy way to organice tasks between all you team
What do you like best about the product?
Just create a task list, assign task to your mates, you could also add a time for the task. Your mates will be receiving alerts to complete the task. You could split tasks into projects. It's pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that would be a problem, but integrating the task to a Google calendar or exchange server will be good. However Asana could send you emails with calendar objects, so just accepting it will be enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the hole team task and keep tracking in in real time, from your PC or phone. If you forgot to note something via you phone you could be adding tasks for the next day, nothing stops you, unless you run out of battery haha.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is the best tool, it has a wide free use range, you could test it without limits. You will need to purchase after some team size, but it lets you like 20 people, it is a big enough for free

What do you like best about the product?
I love the project board and ability to add tasks and check them off when finished. I love being able to archive projects and start team conversations with whom I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it integrates with anything I use. If it integrated with my time keeping or quickbooks it would be cool. Or maybe I haven't figured out what to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send and track final weekly payroll. I still do manual payroll so this is huge for me.

Great project management tool for Marketing Dept.
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple people assigned on tasks and email alerts. Flexible organization of projects - list views, tiles, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating dependencies on par with achieving milestones would be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, coordination and improving productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the simplicity and ticket system to help keep myself organized. I also enjoy the task email reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I didn't like was the overall format for displaying projects (I'm an excel girl) and recently they added the list view which I love!

Currently, I don't have any problems! :)
