I like the ability to see the timeline and understand how tasks impact them. I also like that you can use rules to automate simple tasks in Asana, and I really like that feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to create a project that is only a personal project and not share with a team. I also wish there was a way to do a multi select drop down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep tasks organized, assign owners, and see how tasks fall on a timeline. I like the ability to understand how tasks impact them and use rules to automate simple tasks.

A Reliable Project Management Tool for Team Alignment and Execution

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to organize work, track progress, and keep teams aligned. The task hierarchy, timelines, dependencies, and multiple views (list, board, timeline) help manage projects clearly. Collaboration features like comments, mentions, and notifications reduce the need for constant follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and views. Some advanced reporting and automation features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and managing very complex workflows can require extra setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of scattered tasks and lack of visibility across teams. By centralizing project tracking and ownership, it improves accountability, reduces missed deadlines, and helps teams execute work more efficiently with clear priorities.

Effortless Team Organization and Clear Project Tracking

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is how clearly it organizes work across people and projects. Tasks, deadlines, comments, and files all live in one place, which reduces back-and-forth communication. It's easy to track progress at a glance, assign ownership, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks, especially when working with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is powerful, it can feel overwhelming at times due to the number of features and views available. New users may need some time to understand the structure of the project, section, and dependencies. Also, some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve the problem of scattered work and unclear responsibilities. insted of relying on emails or chat messages, all tasks are documented with clear owners and deadlines. This improves accountability, visibility, and collaboration, allowing projects to move forward smoothly and reducing confusion or missed follow-ups.

Intuitive Project Management with Room for Improvement

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Asana's intuitive interface and customizable workflows, which make seamless task tracking possible for agriculture projects or web development. The AI-powered automations, real-time progress views, and integrations notably boost collaboration efficiency. With its timeline and rules, Asana saves time on complex schedules like soil trials. I find the initial setup straightforward with guided onboarding, templates, and videos, allowing quick account creation and project starts in minutes. Asana pairs seamlessly with other tools like Slack and Google Workspace, enhancing efficiency without creating silos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana's single-assignee-per-task limit frustrates teams needing multi-person collaboration, forcing duplicate tasks. The interface overwhelms for simple projects, lacks native time tracking without premium upgrades, and customer support often delays resolutions. Pricing feels misleading with hidden costs for key features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for central project management and task-tracking. It organizes project planning and deadline setting, enhancing productivity and accountability. Task dependencies, timelines, and integrations like Slack boost collaboration and efficiency.
