Great tool for managing small or large projects
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to use Asana as a business platform, but also as a more comprehensive schedule/to-do list for personal matters. I love that I am able to attach followers and files, comment on project statuses, subtask items, and set due dates with due times and reoccurring time patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was less expensive, or they offered a cheaper plan. I also wish there were more options for colour coding my tasks and/or projects. They should consider adding a customized colour slider to provide me with unlimited options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problem of tracking projects, project updates, project statuses, and task prioritization and subtasks. The benefits I have received are time management, communication, project tracking, sharing, and much more. I love the simplistic layout, and the functionality is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it for personal uses as a more comprehensive agenda, not just business uses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of templates - how projects can be organized differently depending on all sorts of variables (how many people involved, what processes are needed for that given project etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
If you aren’t familiar with project management software, this one might be overwhelming due to its high level of customizability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been a great tool as a marketing professional (design) to handle different types of projects from large-scale campaigns to everyday small tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily make notes on Asana. As you add notes, you can drag them in the order of importance so it helps you prioritize. I also like that you can check off the trasks because you feel ultra productive
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that in order to see the current project for that day, You have to scroll all the way to the bottom of your projects. It seems it should be organized that the current day is at the top of the project list.

It is helping keep our team organized and motivated.

It is so easy to use and navigate. It’s not complicated.

I don’t have any complaints about it at all.

It makes collaborating on projects very easy and efficient. all tasks are delegated, prepared for, and there are reminders to complete them.

Asana allows you to organize projects and keep track of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just not my style. I prefer something like Backlog over Asana.

Asana is taking up too much time tracking. I do enjoy using it for accessing content.

When using so many platforms at once, Asana seems a bit over bearing and time consuming.

I like that when I complete my part of the task, I can assign it to the next person and it can be passed along until we complete the task as a group.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to incorporate someone from outside of the organization. So outsourcing work can be a hassle to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple people with hands in multiple projects and this helps all of us keep everything straight and organized with minimal meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
makes work more organize and it is a good way to collaborate with the team due to its feature for tagging people within your group to make sure we see who needs to response on a certain task. Also, I like how it can be connected to time doctor.

Sorting is missing an option where one can see the previously assigned. Also images can't be paste you need to upload a file.

Benefits, it helped me with my day to day tasks and also helped me communicate better with my team mates esp we are all working homebased and communicate only via online. This product is a great way to organize your team's project.

I like that Asana has a lot of features but the UI could be a tad more simplified.

sometimes it’s not intuitive, I feel more people use trello, so it’s easier to use trello for collabs
