What do you like best about the product?
In Asana we can also find completed tasks using multiple filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we have more than 800 tasks quality was poor.

The dashboard is very customizable to how you would like to set it up for task management

I dislike the ability to assign cards to multiple people. I believe they can "follow," but this option is not seamless in the user flow.

Asana helps production and organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice and clean UI. Easy to get set up with new projects and add new stories to boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a personal issue where I cant manage to search for things or find things. I dont know if that's because we have too much going on, but it's an issue for me.

It's a simple way of managing our workload.

Good simple software with great integrations.

I like the interface and ease of use. You can assign tasks to different team members, assign deadlines, set up automated notifications, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications feel like spam because you get so many. The reporting functionality on tasks/sub tasks is limited. I'd like to be able to export a project update more easily.

Collaborating on projects with people at different sites - makes communication and keeping track of work easy.

I don't have any complaints yet as I am pretty new to this program. But I like it so far - I feel organized

Being able to see which projects are assigned to which team members is beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
My boss assigned me to help him with a HR project through Asana system. I normally use Powerpoint to do the project so it was the first time for me to try the Asana. The product allows me to break my project to smaller categories which helps me to focus on solve issues in each item then combine them together for my presentation. I like the cute animations pops up when you get thing done. it's like a reward

the system kinda slow. it makes me frustrated sometimes

still try to learn and browsing the product, it seems like it has a lot of function, sometimes it can be overwhelm

The design is very intuitive, you can create a project and assign tasks to a member

The design should be improved, some other apps are more beautiful

Powerful, flexible with practice
What do you like best about the product?
It's super flexible and can be used for a ton of different projects/departments. The app and notifications also make it super easy to follow progress on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going in blind I kept making small errors like not figuring out how to differentiate tasks and projects, and wasn't sure of the best format for different projects. Within a week though I figured things out, it's actually super easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a ton of moving parts at our company between marketing and operations and Asana makes it very clear who's responsible for getting what done. We eliminate bottlenecks by knowing what has to happen next and what's coming down the line.
