What do you like best about the product?
What I can say was most helpful about Asana was the fact that I could effectively breakdown tasks into small achievable points that can then be assigned to different users on the platform working on the same project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions of the application as at when I used it seemed too voluminous to handle. It was like working on a project in a project. However, I feel like you can handle it once you get used to the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in different areas of project management. Ranging from assigning tasks to creating work breakdown structures and other project-related works.

It is a good application that can be very useful in the area of project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps you plan your and your team works in a way that fits organization need. It is project management platform which helps focus on the routine tasks, projects and individual goals. We can create and visualize project roadmap and track each and every task through every stage. This will give a good idea about where the project stands, and how it is moving. In the larger project where relationships among tasks are complicated, Asana allows you to check dependencies. It also has better interface and all required features like activity feed, charts, mobile app support, and etc. Overall, I can see that this is the best software for work/project management compare to other tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I can see that Asana has all the features and functionality that needed for any company to manage their work and projects. But, It has also some limitation like resource management functionality is not present at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Asana in our company since last 2 years. Our Team lead can able to organize our work in lists or boards with due dates. The team can easily track his/her takes on the timeline, can do work log, and comment on tasks also. Any time anybody from management team see the progress on the any project. We have also used its mobile application which very smooth and easy to interact.

If you are looking for a platform who manages your work and projects seamlessly, Asana is now the best in the market.

I like it because it is easy to use and facilitates collaboration. I also like it because it is a very essential tool that has helped me to exchange many ideas, also to keep all my tasks updated, it also allows me to keep track of the timeline, the assignment of tasks, many notifications and reminders capabilities.

Personally, when I started using Asana, it seemed a bit confusing, but with time and effort I managed to understand how to use this valuable tool that has made everything easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great management software that has greatly helped my colleagues and I when working in teams. It’s extremely helpful because it enables you to track the progress of other teammates. It has a wide variety of tools that make working with it extremely amazing. I love the fact that this software offers predefined features such as project planning and task attachment. Asana is fast efficient and absolutely user friendly. It simply gets the job done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to accomplish tasks faster and this has reduced the work load in the office. I’m glad we are able to track progress of every team member during teamwork because this saves on time.

I would highly recommend Asana to any group of people working in teams. Whatever it is you’ll find Asana extremely helpful.

We moved from Jira to Asana because Asana was faster and easier to use. Planning tasks in Asana is agile and we can track very well the evolution of our projects.
Calendar view helps to reschedule task very fast and, in some context, it helps to see the load of each team member.
To search a task is also easy, the filters shown are very useful to find tasks that the team is working on and task that are planned.
Having multiple teams and multiple projects makes it a tool to manage tasks in almost every department of the company. Colours for projects makes it easy to identify them.

They release new key features at twice the price of the basic subscription.
The view of a task is too small when the list of tasks is also shown.
The panel view is too small when showing just a few tasks (more than 20).

Planning projects, product development. We use calendars and "My task" view, which is quite useful to focus on what you have to do.
With Asana, we have a quick and easy way to create a task, assign and plan. Now we plan 4 times faster than we could do it in Jira.

Using it with everhour helps to track very well the effort of the team.
Asana is one of the best team management applications I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is the fact that I can seamlessly add and remove team members whenever I need them to focus on a single task, and when that task no longer needs their services and they can get back to another task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so straight forward, it is a bit hard to maneuver at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to strategize certain tasks and get all hands on deck whenever it is needed. The biggest benefit of having Asana is having a program that is a one stop shop. We can have everything we need in one place and don't need to utilize other programs to plan out tasks.

Asana is amazing because it has all of the tools you need in one place. You can add and remove team members from certain projects and maintain them seamlessly. I would definitely recommend using Asana if you are a mid size organization looking to maximize your time on certain tasks.

I like the collaborative features for team-based projects as well as the user interface

I dislike the difficulty to delete tasks and the drag and drop isn't as easy as Trello

We are solving meeting and project task prioritization. We are able to work more effectively and better utilize meeting time by using Asana for meeting agenda prep.

The free version is rather bland. Only by upgrading you can have a fully enjoyable experience.
