What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is amazing! Love the easy interface and ability to make teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to not like on this product. Very happy with the use of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management as well as fielding projects using Forms.
Task Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage multiple tasks and I always receive notification for my daily tasks. It also has features to collaborate and share tasks with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was quite confusing to use but as you go along using it, you will love it specialy when your tasks are filling up. Managing all your tasks under Asana is really awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage tasks and you can even put severity level or priorities with all the tasks. You don't have to remind your colleagues about their daily tasks because Asana will do it for you. Asana will send daily notifications specially for those that are due or overdue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't regret using Asana and it made work life easier. Say goodbye to your other organizer because Asana will do it for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly interface. Is really great for collaborations too.
What do you dislike about the product?
They moved the conversations tab and now it's an extra click away. It is nit picking I know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple team members jumping in and out of projects with ease. Things are not falling through the cracks like they used to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Move the conversation bar in projects back into the main tab so that I dont have to click another button to get there. Time is money!
a simple yet powerful Todo list
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity and easy to use. Yet you can do many things with it. It has many keyboard shortcuts that makes things faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a template for kanban or scrum. Maybe it is product differentiation from Jira or Trello.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to assign task, measure progress and keep tracks of everything.
The best project management tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
The free version is incredibly effective - which is extremely rare. The platform is intuitive and user friendly, and it's easy to get new users acclimated onto it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no features I dislike - the only obvious one being that I wish it was all free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to create project templates and we can "clone" projects to ensure all prior steps were followed during the project. This ensures consistency and that no steps were missed.
Project Management for Dummies
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things that I like about Asana. The number one thing would be the ease of use. My entire team is able to manage tasks within one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana doesn't integrate well with other tools like Salesforce, slack etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to solve any in-flight and post-flight client issues. The biggest benefits are being able to have a large team working on the same tasks without much confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
What I LOVE is the ability for users to tag tasks, and then have a view of only those tags. I love that you can also add in projects which are essential isolated lists outside of the aggregate.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there isnt the ability to toggle between tile/calendar or task list.

Project planning & to do. I think it does both EXCEPTIONALLY well.
Best Team and project Mangement software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very nice Team and project management software with many different functions. Easy integration with various software
What do you dislike about the product?
Email functionality and integration with Microsoft 365 and Outlook 2016. It is also little complex to make it work with Share Point. Just to mention few Asana should improve and add communication management, programable reporting, progress tracking, employee management, monitoring and timeline management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It Asana for Team Management for projects.

It is a very good software, but it takes time to get use to it.

What's most helpful about Asana is the user-friendly platform that is provided for the users. I would not be able to name anything that I do not enjoy about
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about the software. I would recommend this to every company so that each team has an organized schedule and great team management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I am solving with Asana are the way that I communicate with my co-workers about projects and upcoming projects. It is also a great communication platform for casual conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would most definitely use Asana if you're teams are struggling to keep their content and conversations organized.
Project Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you're able to easily set up repeating tasks. I have regular checklists I need to complete in my position, and Asana makes it so I don't have to retype everything every few weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Asana

Keeps track of all my tasks, without too much maintenance to do so
