Asana is a great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the mobile app as well as the celebrations feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have more reporting capabilities in the free version

Asana works great for special project tasks, but lacks flexibility for others

Asana works great for large corporations looking to get organized in certain process flows.

I can't get it to work for other programs like Marketing that require cross updates and collaboration and status indicators.

Great way to keep track of group projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for multiple people to keep track of projects, tasks, and messages. Easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have yet to find anything I dislike. Everything is simple, to-the-point, and easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping the team I work with to keep track of what projects we all separately need to be getting done and when. Way easier than receiving emails with due dates and forgetting what is on your to-do list or who to collaborate with.
Nice to have web based applications for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's very difficult to manage project and it's documents with emails, Asana is a very good tool for project management and project progress tracking, creating task is easy and assigning to team also tracking their progress is easy with Asana, one good thing is it's free for limited use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This time nothing to dislike,it works as per my expectations and I found it very good when it comes to usability.

We are using Asana for project management and task management.

Go for it if you are looking for a project management tools, it comes with number of pre loaded features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexible platform, is not a tool that tells you how to do and organize your stuff, is prtty much flexible so you can define the way you want to control and organize your projects and teams, it has a lot of features that makes you easy to personalize your experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API integration is not good enough, there are some specific capabilities that are missing and I'm not sure if they are in the roadmpa, for example drag multiple board columns, assign custom value by default to fields, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects of the company. The main benefit was that the UI is really simple to use and people that are not technical understand everything really fast

Software really easy to use and really flexible, I recommend to see some user experiences in the landing page of Asana, there are really helpful tips and ideas
Good for Team Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana divides sections into tasks it is easy to see at a glance what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the email verification upon sign up routes through Safari on iPhone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eliminated cumbersome group emails and reply all’s when working on a group project.
Excellent tool for Group Projects and Remote Working
What do you like best about the product?
This has been a lifesaver for team projects when team members are located in different areas. We can all contribute to projects in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this is a SAS product downtime can be an issue occasionally. In the past year that we have used this product we have experienced approximately 4 hours of downtime which isnt terrible.

Our team works in 4 different locations and Asana lets us all work together.
Now an absolutely daily part of managing virtual team, even as a freelancer.
What do you like best about the product?
When working with varied teams, I found asana the most intuitive solution of its kind especially as I freelance across different organisations, often in different roles. The generation of a daily task list that is effortlessly visual is a great start tenth day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because this is game changing software, that requires some implementation and buy-in from team the onramp and integration with newbies (especially with teams completely new to it) It takes some time to get it off the ground. This is hardly the fault of Asana, and the learning curve is oran the success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it's about knitting all the various projects that I work on across teams. And even things I am doing by myself now are added to Asana making it trulymy 'work' console.

Don't be overwhelmed at first glance.
