The best tool for monitoring pending tasks and projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool with which I can program my projects, create a list of pending tasks on boards, and assign my team everything necessary to carry our work, it also works without problems in different browsers, I like that it is very intuitive to use and its interface is modern and pleasant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I do not like is that its free version is very simple, I think that if I had more features available in the free version, it would be ideal. In addition, it would be nice to be able to print task calendars while maintaining our content calendar in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is of benefit to my team to have the best tools of Asana, once we start a project, since the calendar that is integrated in our mail is very easy to use and we use it as a small agenda and thus we advance comfortably in the tasks that we are doing and receive notifications of everything we need to do.

The reason why I recommend Asana because it is perfect for small teams that need to manage many projects and want to work together with your team, this software is ideal because it offers a range of essential tools to organize your entire team and work comfortably.

Version control is available.

Real time editing plays a important role in task allocation.

I need a tool to work with my team and Asama gives me that. It's very useful for me to create a work calendar and know what I have to do in my team.

It's a good tool to manage the workflow of a team. I recommend it if you need a tool to work with a team and if you don't want too many emails to manage the project. It's very useful, you can see your pending tasks very quickly and use the comments to ask questions or whatever you want.
Great software for team and project management
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful features are that you can easily manage projects across a business with different dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that dashboards can be quite limited in customisation.

It has solved endless back to back email chains where they can all be sorted and solved in one task and everyone has visibility.

This software easily tracking the progress with every client. it is easy to get support from supportive team. it is easily organization any schedule and easily track any activities. it is easily add image and any lists. it is easily configure tasks in the calendar. it is easy to solve any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easily customize any graphics. it does not easy to use. sometime it is hard to learn any system. limited feature are present. sometime navigation system is not easy to use. this software does not have any instant chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IN this software comment tool allow to ask any question. it is easily manage any document and task. it is user friendly app. now this time i am not using this software because it does not manage cost calaculation and does not manage diagram.

Asana is so much usefull to me for manage my project task.track the progress of my team. My daily task also. It is always remind me my up coming task and asana daily send summery of the task also i can create daily task without sharing to anyone. this i very helpful to me manage my project task

Easy to use and collaborative. Good for multiple people on one platform for multiple people planning and creating tasks

Do not like the fact that this can only be done by app and app has to be purchased

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is that it allows users to manage different types of projects. For example, I have used it to work in Agile with the Scrum methodology, but it also opens up the framework for Design Thinking.

There are few things I don't like about Asana; it really is a very comprehensive solution that addresses the main problems of other solutions.

Manage different teams for different projects, it also has integration with other development tools like Trello, Jira, among others. It allows teams to be managed, track the project in real-time, and stay on top of the major milestones that the project demands.

They must have everything very organized and well managed; the basis for the correct use of Asana is to maintain a well-segregated project portfolio, in addition to using a framework that enables a great understanding of the tracking of your projects.

I really like the easy-to-use user interface that is graphical -driven and color-coded, making it easy to learn and use. I work with a lot of physicians and administrators that don't want to take the time to learn new software, so Asana is a great tool that is super easy to set up and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming when there are many tasks that need to be done, and I haven't yet found a way to prioritize them so that I can arrange my most important project. Additionally, getting a constant string of notifications every time anyone completes a task or updates the project is rather annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When managing collaborative projects across multiple sites and sometimes across time zones, coordinating activities and making sure everyone comes together to meet specific deadlines is an absolute must. Asana is a great way to make sure that happens, and it offers ways to easily toggle between projects and see overall progress on projects.

It is really easy to use. Its free version is really useful for any small company that cannot spend lots of money on project management tools but that needs something robust that can be upgraded later.
