Superb web Software to improve correspondence and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is a straightforward and rich device that enables you to oversee and design your activities, since it is a joint effort programming that enables you to do all that you need. Interestingly, this program enables you to modify everything and have a control of the general population who can see your data, it is sheltered.

The project management side could use some work. Needing a third party for gantt charting was not ideal.

Tracking of tasks, keeping dependencies up to date when something gets stuck is very helpful.

Ease of use and flexibility, many features were designed for one thing but can be used for other purposes as well

While the mobile experience had improved over the years, it’s still a bit off and tricky to use sometimes

Project management, tracking time of projects and tasks and also what stages the tasks are in and if we need additional resources.
The perfect tool to organize processes in a company
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to be totally attentive to the activities that are more recent and also those that are about to expire, in this way it makes my team more and more productive, in addition to managing multiple projects from the same platform. It is ideal to be able to make a good collection of information of notes and advances to be able to coordinate the work correctly. Another important aspect is that the way to edit tasks is quite simple, very friendly, just by placing the mouse on the space you want to edit this edition can be done. It has a learning curve, you don't learn so easily, but once you learn to use all the functions then everything becomes easier and more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to me one of the best software for managing projects in various fields, this software is very complete and with impeccable tools, where it has no deficiencies and very few limitations. Also the ability to create subtasks to tasks, in general is very useful. So far I have not had any problems or inconvenience with this great software beyond that the application for ios is limited to the amount of images you can upload and this is not all useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits it gave us to the company is that it manages to highlight the gaps in the plan before the team comes across the problem. On the other hand, the vast majority of the tasks and processes of almost any business can be defined with Asana. I recommend using your paid version, it is very good. Asana is the perfect software to maintain a correct organization in an institution or company.

I recommend Asana to all my colleagues for several reasons, the first is that it has made the project much easier to manage by keeping all the important parties in the loop, all the chats in one place, in addition to allowing the exchange of cross platform files. Finally I recommend using the calendar included in Asana and the free templates which are incredible
