Positive Asana Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it very easy to roll out new projects, as well as makes sure that each individual has completed its necessary part in contributing to the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating "teams" and sharing projects with people who may be outside of the specific team was a little challenging for me at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and project completion time has improved in the workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting deadlines is nowadays not a difficult task for me with this amazing product that makes my workload so many burdens less by its amazing features. Moreover, making certain plans whenever and wherever I need is quite easy because I don’t have to go to look for another useless application anymore while having it in my PC. Moving forward I can now manage all my group work projects through it by collaborating with my teammates in a more useful and productive way. Plus point of this application is that it readily helps in finding certain problems and risk even before it happens that really helps in managing the issues with more expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a complete bundle of features and functionalities that helps in maintaining workflow in teamwork projects. Moreover, finding solutions to my problems is nowadays more convenient because I can easily have my team support through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically this application is providing me solutions to my on-going team work projects that need to be complete on time. For this purpose it is making sure that each certain project will be completed on time by going through multiple stages in an incredible way. Furthermore, I can even know about the changes that are being take place in my on-going projects through its magnificent tracking feature and also making different schedules is a bit easier through it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is surely a good suggestion for those companies or organizations where certain tasks needed to be completed on daily basis. Also, where there is a need to collaborate among teammates from national or international level so, communicating and collaborating with them is a lot easier through this certain product.
Great internal project management tool - not so great for customer/client communication.

We’ve tried using Asana for client communication and it ends up being confusing and difficult to keep track of for both us and the client.

Project management is much more efficient and Asana helps us keep clarity on whose responsible for what.

Asana has occupied a really important place in the structure and functionality of my entire company, since it has worked in a magnificient way, providing the best tools to control the project system, and facilitating the creation of them. One of the things that I liked most about this platform, is the interface that it provides me, since in comparison with others, it is a very neat interface, with colors that help me to have a continuous comfort, and that in addition, I provides an order to find the various sections that the platform has.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I really did not like about Asana is its synchronization with the OneDrive service, this synchronization really has not left me a good experience, since my projects are not automatically stored in the cloud, which It has caused some loss of information due to not having the corresponding autosave in the cloud. I would like Asana to have a perfect synchronization, capable of working to the user's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has had a positive impact on the projects sector, since it has totally changed the way we elaborate projects in the company I am currently working on. I believe that Asana has given me ease of use, and has made it possible for me to create projects as a team, with my other employees, and allowing them to give me their opinion and improvement factor for the projects being developed.

Asana is a platform that is undoubtedly worthwhile, since its use is not complicated at all, and provides the user with a totally reliable way to develop projects whenever desired.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows definition of task complexity in a non-technical custom terms. We use it to track the non-programming sprint tasks that are not tracked in JIRA. It allows to specify the assigner and assignee of the tasks. I like the flying unicorn when the task is marked complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not allowing to assign story points to be able to use as a aglie based project management tool. It is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for tracking non-programming tasks in our project. We discuss the JIRA tasks and the ASANA tasks during our daily sprint.
Great team task and project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Asana space can be shared by other team members. I also like the notifications and reminders generated by Asana that help keep projects and tasks on target.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I can think of are present in other task and project management software as well. Like users breaking tasks down too far and then not cleaning them up after completing the tasks thus making relevant information harder to find and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing teams to complete projects. This helps disparate teams, with the same overarching goals, to know what other teams are doing and when. It also helps team members on the same team work more effectively together and keep track of work.

Its simply easy to use. The breadth of features ASANA offers are just amazing and great for my daily work management. Asana makes the daily schedule simple & super easy to manage. Plan and structure work in a way that’s best for you. Set priorities and deadlines. Share details and assign tasks. All in one place.

There is nothing about ASANA that i dislike since it is very easy to use and is intuisive

use the annual membership model. it works out to be cheaper since you pay up rtont and the monthly renewing charges are much more lesser when compared to going month on month. If you calculate the month on on month cost with the average yearly or annual cost, the month on month cost calculated or aportioned yearly will be much lesser when compared to the month on month renewals. They also accept a variety of payment options online. Its easy to pay that way and increase your credit score. i had additional questions which they were able to help resolve using online chat

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows assignment of projects to your team with a breeze. Projects are easily divided and editable by those working on them. This allows for a smooth transition between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few options to sort tasks by type, which can sometimes result in low visibility when attempting to manage a project. Support left a little to be desired resulting in us utilizing our in-house support team more than we would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're easily able to divide and tackle tasks without team members doing additional work or performing double work. I can review our progress at a glance and determine which areas of a project require additional focus. We are able to get real-time updates about productivity and run reports covering a vast array of project management KPIs.
