Modernized Task Managment
What do you like best about the product?
At the chance of sounding sort of a super-fan (and honestly, perhaps I am), I like virtually everything concerning position. However, I would say my uncomparable favorite feature is that the nowadays, Upcoming, and Later sections. That may sound minor, however, that super-simple approach to task, time, and priority-management has been a game-changer on behalf of my purchasers and me. It's allowed ME to remain targeted on what matters most in-the-moment while not losing sight of a longer-term vision. On the far side, the collaboration options are second-to-none.
I run each side of my business through Asana: journal posts, shopper workflows, meetings, displays, and so on, virtually everything gets tracked in position. Moreover, since of that, it makes it straightforward to source comes and collaborate with others. Finally, another necessary feature on behalf of me has been their Advanced Search feature. Sadly, they recently removed this from the "Free" set up. However, it's like I have been grandfathered in. Honestly, this feature alone is perhaps value paying for if you utilize the tool as extensively as I do. I have virtually many tasks in position, split among numerous groups, projects, and sections. They are managing information that enormous while not associate degree intuitive search feature would be a nightmare (and, honestly, most likely a deal-breaker). Fortunately, Asana's Advanced Search practicality does not mean bilk (and their "Saved Search" feature makes it straightforward to access frequent searches quickly).

What do you dislike about the product?
Two things return to mind: I am exceptionally not an addict of Asana's "Home" or "Inbox" tabs. Honestly, I do not perceive the purpose of them and realize it a touch frustrating that the default read is "Home" instead of "My tasks." Their Home read could be an untidy mess that does not provide you with associate degree perceptive or useful investigate your day or your priorities. I terminated up making a custom marker straight to the My Tasks read to avoid it. Same goes for Inbox: it isn't that I've had a foul expertise with their inbox tab, it's merely that I do not extremely perceive the purpose of it. I've ne'er found a viable use case for the Inbox tab when coaching job dozens of entrepreneurs through the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was introduced to the position once I started as a replacement coach for a longtime government coaching job firm. At the time, I thought of myself wildly-unorganized. I would try numerous task-, time-, and priority-management tools within the past, and none of them remarkably stuck. The position was the game-changer on behalf of me. I do not skills to clarify to on the far side the fact that the workflow and systems appear "natural" to me. The flow looks to match the method my brain best operates, and their options have created chase each thing on my plate (which looks to extend every day) appear virtually easy. I will be exploiting that government coaching job firm shortly as I launch my very own business. However, I will positively be taking my expertise with the position with me. I can not imagine attempting to run any side of my life, plus my business, without it.

It ultimately values it slow to administer the free account a strive. The most effective check, strive the essential functions along with your personal life and you may see, however straightforward it's to induce things done.

I love that you can schedule tasks and @ members to collab or asign them to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit confusing when creating new boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting tasks done on time and adding instructions without having to email or call members to get things done. This program has helped us save time and habe a better overview of our current to-dos
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool to use if you have alot of tasks to be completed by mutiple members and want tontrack progress without having to disturb the current wirk flow.
Good for small scale team management
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage the team by assigning tasks and monitor. Also, the calendar view showing all the tasks of me my subordinate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't track out the timing without plugins and those only one month trial. Also can order the task and can't mark the current task.

Team Management, Task scheduling, Resource allocation. It very fast and user-friendly for small scale team management

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is helping me to manage every my client ,projects feedbacks , receipts etc . Every time i add my new projects using asana to my clients . they really like the way to work to make teams . clients . roles etc. I am software deveoper and i manage my mobile apps under Asana. and my cleints always helps me out to manage on asana.

I am working to manage each of my freelance project with Asana. which is really helpful for me . my cleints loves to see my updates and new development under their project.

Right now really its helping a-lot . and i think some features you need to add to improve . . while uploading files it some time take time . which is annoying .

What do you like best about the product?
A very useful - maybe even invaluable - tool for busy workplaces. Asana is a great tool to coordinate small teams (or startups) and be more productive while monitoring progress and bottlenecks.

Not being able to assign the same task to two people is a pain. I don't want to duplicate the task because that clutters up my project space and can cause confusion

Asana has been a huge asset to our company! It is very easy to use, clean, organized, aesthetically engaging, and customizable enough to fit the specific needs of unique organizations.
Asana works with our time tracking platform so employees don't have to shift between windows to track which project they are working on.
Asana Timeline is simple enough that we don't waste valuable hours just getting the project timeline setup.

Best Paid Work Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps us to completely focus on project goals, balanced workloads for a project team. It gives us deadline management, integration with other applications, Day, Week wise management etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if project is big than it's view get's really confusing. One more thing is it only allows to assign a task to only one person there should be multiple assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic Analysis of daily workload, easily integration of other apps like bitbucket, showing kanban dashboard and gantt chart really helpful.

This apps can run in real time. So i can get real time changes. Also the feature is powerfull.

Organized Team efforts
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite function is the assignment tab - I am a coordinator at a gaming company and there is a lot of different tasks I need to delegate for different people to process. Using Asana and assigning them to people, creates a more streamlined approach to help get things approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many columns, in the midst of so many projects, too many columns creates confusion

Asana is used best for ongoing projects, especially during the approval process. It feels great to assign it to someone and let them complete the task on their own time. Perhaps we can also use a reminder button
