One of the best project management platforms ever
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is perfect when you need a job done before a deadline. A perfectly designed platform for a virtual assistant like me. Tracking a task was always impossible for me before my client introduced me to Asana. You can see the due date of a task as soon as you log in. And when you open your tasks tab you can view all the task details and information you need to complete the task.
Whenever you need a piece of information from a previously completed task, You just need to navigate to archived tasks and search for the information you need. That's one of my favorite features because I always find myself struggling to find the correct information for a task.
Another thing is, you can activate desktop push notifications for any task updates, Asana also sends you a daily summary at the end of the day so you'd know how many uncompleted tasks are left and which tasks you completed today.
I highly recommend Asana to fellow virtual assistants who struggle with project management daily. Asana is a huge lifesaver.

Asana has helped me a lot with time management with projects. Also, you can view all the deadlines per task and all the information you need for a task in each task view. Love how it's all combined. Push notifications are the best.

The most significant thing of this software is that this software managing and controlling many types of projects, and it can easily manage the customer information in an easiest way. The another significant thing of this software is that it is very flexible and easy to use and all of its features are very well established and organized that it makes possible through this efficient software. Hence, it is the best online software to manage the projects.

The most obvious difficulty that you faced while using this software is that it is also not the most users friendly. This software is very expensive for small businesses to access all of the features. The another disadvantage of this software is that it cannot easily understandable for the new users. The another difficulty that this software is that it cannot easily manage the multiple projects and tasks. This software doesn’t provide the best customer support. But still, this software is very reliable project management software.

Asana software is so easy to use and the best project management software. It is very flexible and the great online collaboration tool for projects and tasks management. By using this software, I can easily manage the customer information in a more efficient way. I recommend this software for everyone.

Asana has the best tasks and project management software. One of the best thing of this software is that it is the best software for team collaboration and tracking the projects in an instant way. Moreover, it also provides the best marketing services, so we can easily upload the different tasks of the company’s projects.

The main disadvantage of this software is that it has so difficult features so most of the users cannot easily use this software. Sometimes, we faced a lot of problem to create the different projects and assignments. Moreover, it is not affordable for everyone. But still, it is the great software for projects and tasks assignment.

Asana is so easy to use and simple software. Through this software, sharing projects are also so easier. I recommend this software for all business companies and organization. Hence, it makes the efficient tasks management in our daily life. This software provide the best project management service.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really friendly and easy to use, we use Asana as a project management tool for all our projects across different teams. it´s useful how you can keep track of the progress and documents that you share with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some really great features that are aid love to implement myself, but as a single-member business owner, their pricing structure isn’t what I need it to be yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been using Asana for many years. I’ve found that as I train some of my Clients on it that it isn’t as intuitive for them. Maybe they like the more aesthetic look of Trello or board style than Asana (although it can do that too). Still, an amazing tool if you use it regularly. There are some structural set-up challenges, but overall the tool is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Useful for keeping track of projects - who is working on them, their due dates, notes among colleagues etc. It is super user-friendly, easy to use as a collaborative tool. Can get a little messy and hard to structure in a clear way if it's a really extensive project or lengthy to-do list.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have a tab for every member of your team. Then, within those sections, you can have your personal tasks or shared tasks. Plus, when you mark a task complete, you get a rainbow surprise!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I necessarily dislike anything about Asana! I wish it would remind me about the due dates of the tasks I set via email or a notification, but other than that, it works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than anything, Asana helps me to remember the day-to-day tasks. Some weeks I have articles and posts I need to write or schedule that are out of the ordinary. Asana helps me to keep track of those, and make sure they are posted on time.

I love that I can work with others and keep everything organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple workspaces in Asana, i would like to be able to show all my projects from multiple workspaces at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with multiple smaller companies and sending emails, Whatsapps etc. will get messy and therefore will miss tasks. I and the companies i work with work in Asana to make sure everything gets done in time.

Working together, sharing/assigning tasks, to do lists

Sometimes the overview of all the assigned tasks from multiple people. This in combination with multiple deadlines

Working more efficient with the team. There is less time wasted creating all those to do lists on offline notes and people are more productive

What do you like best about the product?
Asana software offers a very intuitive interface. The best thing that I most like about this software is that Asana has the great ability to create the different projects and we can easily organise the projects in our tasks in a more efficient way. We can easily complete my projects so quickly. This software help us to manage our tasks so properly and that’s why, Asana is a great tool to manage projects with the collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of this software is that this software provide the limited space to store the large number of projects. So it means, Asana have low capacity to store our multiple numbers of projects. Hence the storage is so limited which makes the new users so difficult to manage and handle the different projects. But still Asana is best software as compared to its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always use the Asana software because it users interface is so awesome. This software provide a easy way to create the difficult tasks and projects in a easiest way. It really helps me in my projects. I really like to use this software because it is very user friendly and reliable software for everyone.

Asanas user-friendly interface is what I like to best about this platform. Asana makes it easy to stay on task and work cohesively with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Asana. Asana works seamlessly! If there's anything to improve about Asana it would be to make the drop-down sections about more easier to find.

I am solving time management problems with Asana. It benefits the user by making them more concious about their time and strategy execution.
