Projects managed in great shape.
What do you like best about the product?
The follow-up provided is one of the best in its category, as it facilitates group work. In addition to this the creation and assignment of tasks, notifications and that each person can enter to work no matter where you are, since it has a good mobile and web interface. It manages projects in a great way due to its high functionality. It contains an important quality that is to see and track the comments according to the task or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a better structure for the correction of errors, this would facilitate the operation. The free version is good but lacks features in which it could work better. Therefore you should consider the paid version, which is very good. Sometimes the search filter can be a bit overwhelming since you can not get exactly the destination that is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an incredibly useful and effective tool for communication and exchange of information. The implementation of Asana helped solve many communication problems we had between teams around the needs, user stories, requirements, planned implementation and how the details fit, both large and small. My team is remote, so all our projects go to Asana for collaboration and project management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ideal for the management of programs and projects, since it allows personnel to collaborate in the programs and see what tasks each person is taking and their progress without having to reinvent the list of tasks each time. It is extremely simple to use in relation to other alternatives.

What do you like best about the product?
The column organization seems to be better executed than Trello and less clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image previews can be buggy in Safari. Sometimes slow.

I'm able to follow and be tagged by managers for projects when needed. Good use with calendar as well.

I love the ease of use. The interface is beautiful, easy to work with, and efficient.

It is a bit pricier than some competitors to get all the functions that make it awesome.

Great Task Management Tool to Increase Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create tasks, share with colleagues, and even keep track of deadlines on calendars. This platform brings so many solutions together and makes the workflow simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing. The pricing is per month versus having a flat yearly rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and keeping track of tasks has become a no-brainer. Being able to create and share tasks, documents, and see them on a calendar with deadlines has helped me to organize better.

Asana is a one-stop shop of organization and workflow. The ways to organize tasks, share calendars, tasks, and files is amazing.
Easy to use simple Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile app is easy to use. Integrates with Gmail and Zapier. Easy to see tasks from multiple projects in one list by due date. Ability to set recurring tasks was the best feature.

No inbuilt time tracking.
No clarity on project or task priority.
Unable to see team workload to assess availability.
Unable to set expected timeframes for tasks/projects.
Each workspace is separate so you have to go into each one to view due tasks.

Working as a digital services provider with a remote team we used Asana to track client tasks, map out tasks for bigger projects, mapping out SOPs, communicate with each other about tasks and queries.
Benefits: it was free, easy enough for new team members to learn, could also use it as a basic CRM/sales tracker.

Great for startups and freelancers who want better project management than a to-do list app, but if you're looking for a platform with tracking and reporting this isn't the right app for you.
Great Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the look and feel of this project management system, it is also simple to learn and set up and it's a simple system for anyone to learn. I love the fact that you can switch between line views and the boards plus they've added additional options. They have also set it up where you can track tasks using Harvest right inside of the app per task which is great for Virtual Assistants or anyone billing by a task or by the hour. It's also a fun software, unlike some other software that is dry and unimpressionable Asana leaves you in a fun and playful mood.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that they do not offer a solo upgrade option, you have to pay for 5 seats in order to access the premium features which sucks because let's face it who wants to pay for 4 extra seats that you won't be using and may never use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and task management. I've also recently started trying it out for my social media content planning and saving the posts that I'm planning and sending out using Sendible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a solo company then you will be disappointed in the fact that you have to pay for five seats in order to gain access to the premium features. Otherwise, if you're okay with limited features then this is a great and simple solution for your project and task management needs.

It is not very user-friendly. It needs to give tutorials for new users.

I like Asana because it has many ideal advantages to manage my projects, I like the function of timeline that offers and the ability to monitor the progress of other team members in common or interrelated tasks which allows the team in general to be efficient and have an easy follow up of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only two aspects that I do not like about Asana, the first is that once I select a format for a project, I can not change it and the other is that the boards are very basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings great benefit to my work since it allows me to see all my tasks as a list, a project in its entirety or separated into elements, I have also been able to see the projects of my teammates. Also, it has allowed me to add sub tasks to tasks, in general it is very useful.

Asana is a program that can help you keep up-to-date lists of tasks related to your project, and ensure that team members know and complete tasks in the deadlines of completion, is a very collaborative tool.

Being able to count on a tool to manage projects, work in teams, share graphic and text elements is essential nowadays, which is why this tool provides multiple options to safely reach your daily tasks.

So many elements on the menu can be confusing and make you get a little lost.
