Keeps me orgaanized
What do you like best about the product?
Everything the home office wants us to do can be added there. Items can be checked off when done, and we are accountable for the work assigned to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i forget to check off my tasks, and so it shows late, even though ive done it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my weekly and monthly tasks together and check off option is great. I know what I need to do and when its due.
Asana Optimal Project Management Software for Any Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana helps improve collaborations between my boss and I. It is a great project management software that keeps us on task and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing bad to say about Asana, though I have noticed some glitches with subtasks in the pass and automation re-appearing though you mark them as "complete". I submitted a report to Asana and they let me now they're working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team with big campaigns to offer clients. As a result, we need a project management software that can handle the load. Asana does this to a tee!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is the best project management tool I've used in my career experiences. I've tried others like Flow, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Asana does the job best for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface as it is intuitive and simple to see where work needs to be done, and what has been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the free version is fairly limited, and I haven't received a lot of opportunities to train in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes lose track of what needs to be done throughout the week, and I'm realizing it helps me categorize and prioritize work.
Asana is a great system to keep all your team in the same page!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Asana, because it keeps the team organized. We are able to assign tasks, and a due dates so we won't forget our tasks in a daily basis. Also if a team member is out we are able to leave messages and not forget about them.

To be completely honest I do not dislike anything about Asana!

Organization and communication is the main thing, and keeping the team in the same page!

Asana saved my work life
What do you like best about the product?
I was one of the least organized people out there but with Asana and the super-easy way to see your daily tasks and stay in communication with your team, it has helped me get more done and helped me forget to do things less.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are being able to archive items instead of deleting them, being able to keep tasks private unless you need to share with everyone, being able to create layers in a task so you don't have to complete the entire task but can complete part of the task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the tags, subtasks, and notifications! They really help you stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the task management features. I can work with my team one multiple projects and keep due dates in line with our group deadlines. I like it so much I had a friend ask what task management system I used. They were starting a new business and needed a way to track tasks / projects. I highly recommended they use Asana as it would do exactly what they needed it to do. They also needed a way to assign projects and tasks to multiple employees and have them report where each employee was in the projects process. I explained they could do this on site from the Asana app, take photos, upload them, write notes, assign new tasks all from their phones. They thought it was a good idea and decided to use Asana as their task management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having other departments outside of my own assign me tasks that I can't see in my own task menu. I have to log out and log back in under the company login to see if anyone outside my team has assigned me anything.

Time management, project management, project volume tracking, version control. Image data base.

I had a friend ask what task management system I used. They were starting a new business and needed a way to track tasks / projects. I highly recommended they use Asana as it would do exactly what they needed it to do. They also needed a way to assign projects and tasks to multiple employees and have them report where each employee was in the projects process. What do you like best about the product?
Hands down, the easiest to implement and lifestyle friendly management tool on the market today. Often, when you have multiple options for views, you get unnecessary bloat. Not here. Asan works like you work and makes teams and meetings (and life) easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the level of implementation we have, on-boarding new clients and staff can be challenging. The tutorials are good and getting better, but a complete newbie still needs one-on-one training with some aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has made task tracking and project management simple and less time consuming. By being the go-to for what needs done and when, everyone is accountable for their work. Productivity has increased and I have even started using it with my kids and their homework. (they love the animals jumping when they complete a task)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is absolutely worth your time to give the free account a try. The best test, try the basic functions with your personal life and you'll see how easy it is to get things done.
Very helpful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
With Asana you can create a Macro project and drill down to sub-tasks to the third level. Very helpful for someone like me who tends to forget about small details before starting working on a project

App feels a bit rigid when switching between calendar to project list
