What do you like best about the product?
To-Do List View is very effective and efficient. Percent-Complete tracking is very helpful for task management. Mobile access is available. We can create Subtasks in this tool. Great tool for team collaboration and communication. Easy to use. Great user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No instant messaging feature available. We cannot assign priorities to a particular task in this tool. One feature is a bit unlikely as we cannot change the format for a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my project management related issues are solved by this tool.

Great tool, use it for the best project management.
Keeps Projects on Track
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy everything is to set up! I use Asana for my events and its easy to assign tasks to others with deadlines. I also love that I can clone a project so I don't have to re-set up my tasks every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure. It would be great if I could drag and drop documents to create tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event tasks assigned across a team of people. I can now see what I've assigned to team members and the deadlines all in one place rather than searching my inbox to see!
Useful project management
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the business process faster and turns everything into a trouble-free system. Asana service will make our lives easier. This tool organizes all notes and plans in a single list and keeps this information in one place. This makes it possible to easily manage targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when there is a slight delay in application accuracy. This is acceptable because it is a web-based application. You may also accidentally create a new vacant task due to some delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana's boards are very useful and useful. With the help of Asana, you don't have to search for all your notes, emails and records to manage your projects. All important things are kept in one safe place. As a result, you can easily coordinate all important tasks and projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is more flexible than a full-featured project management approach or system that I use. It works as a reliable system. However, as in all self-management, personal preferences are an important component. I found Asana complicated and difficult in regular use. But it will be extremely successful for the right person and the right project.

User-friendly, intuitive and fast tool to manage projects and communicate easily with all stakeholders involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better overview page.

Project management is so much easier, you can keep track of all the tasks you're managing and also assign different users to subtasks.
Fantastic Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is extremely simple to use. It's easy to move tasks around, create templates and even invite users to the platform. I've used many other project management tools in the past but Asana is by far my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've been frustrated with was that our company was offered a beta/trial of a new feature. We invested time into getting it up and running and then we found out that it was going to be an add-on product. It is understandable but not communicated as well as it should have been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tried to get on the same page, streamline processes and get more done with limited resources. So far, we've been able to realize all of these goals and more.
More advanced
What do you like best about the product?
It is more advanced and that is good for me to work on my skills, more often these programs are too easy, so it’s helpful. It is easy to learn everything and follow the routine, it is really helping my skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not see anything I dislike, so I do not know what I am supposed to write here and there is a minimum character count, so here we are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It furthers my physical abilities, I feel better in general.
Helpful Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes coordinating with multiple coworkers very smooth. I work in special events and knowing the tasks of all team members is incredible helpful. Checking off tasks so that others can see is great in my line of work. We trust we can get things done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find I have to spend a lot of time documenting what I am working on in Asana, but that is not really the fault of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with a lot of logistics deadlines and Asana helps us keep everything on track. Rarely does a task fall through the cracks. It has helped us sty on top of upcoming deadlines despite a busy schedule.
Good for long-term projects, not so much for day to day tasks

I like that Asana allows you to collaborate across teams for interdepartmental collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Asana doesn't accommodate smaller, shorter-term task management.

Asana helps me to track the progress of projects that are occurring over a long period of time and across units/teams.
Great tool for team project management
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, I'd like to use Asana everywhere and all the time in my personal life. It's quick and has many functions that guarantee a smooth management of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not 100% intuitive at first, you certainly need to get the hang of it in order to tap its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say that the main benefits can be seen when handling shared projects with specific deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can, try and request a short period of time to focus on training, in order to understand and familiarize with the main functions of this software.
Asana review
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is nice and clean and it's very easy to learn for beginners. Nothing too complex or hard to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Assigning/reassigning projects can be hard to keep up with and I wish Asana had Gantt charts or a better way to time track projects

I can keep up with projects better and get reminders to due dates and notifications for changes
