Create For Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very user-friendly and is so helpful in keeping all the tasks that I need to get done organized! It's also great for group projects because you can have multiple people in one task and then create subtasks to each individual with a specific due date. Before I had Asana it was challenging to keep track of all the projects I had going on and what needed to be completed in each project before we could consider a specific project done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I dislike about Asana is that when someone comments your name in a message that it doesn't pop up on the side of your computer that you have a message/ notification. When someone does mention your name in a tasks/ project there is a red dot that appears next to the "inbox" section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been very beneficially in keeping all the tasks for a project organized and helpful for myself to set realistic deadlines when I can see all the other tasks I have to do for the day or week. It's also helpful for keeping track of interns when we have them to see what projects they are currently working on and when they finish a project they were assigned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice for others looking into Asana would be to try it out! It's helpful in keeping your tasks organized and staying on top of projects (especially if you have a lot of them!)
Like Sticky Notes Without Killing Trees!
What do you like best about the product?
It's basically a digital version of sticky notes, which are my ultimate means of staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing to get used to, but I eventually learned to love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting notified when tasks are completed among my coworkers is a lifesaver. I can reply to clients immediately letting them know they're taken care of without the awkward extra step of asking coworkers if they've completed it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is perfect for my small business but i know is robust enough for when I start growing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little of getting use to at first, but with the helpful tutorial videos i had it down fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The money in my business is made in the follow up, so i need a good software to set reminders.
10/10 - Asana makes working on multiple things easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Love having everything in one place, it is very easy to work with. The satisfaction of being able to check something off is such a great motivation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a free very basic version. Even if it is just a checklist. I could not work without it but would love to bring it into my personal life as well. That is how much I love asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to get feedback, asana will create subtasks based on what co-workers add for revisions, it is nice to have one list to check through as you go instead of unmapping emails to try to find what you need to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test Asana by using the trail. Take advantage of all the information provided by asana to help you learn everything it does (which is a lot). Use Asana Academy, Asana Guide, or even read the blog. There are so many great resources to help get you started.
Great Project Management Tool

I like the interface of Asana the best. It's intuitive, organized well, and makes planning projects simple.

I don't dislike anything about Asana, it's a great product.

I was searching for a good project management tool that would allow me to stay up to date on any device.
Fantastic software for task management
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI, great time tracking tools, many great 3rd party extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be stronger. Asana does lack in this area compared to other similar software (Jira for example)

What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to learn Asana-minimal learning curve. It was user-friendly and we were able to jump right and start utilizing it from Day One

Honestly nothing, we've tried a few others and this was our favorite hands down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it easier to work remotely, when we have people all over the States and not locally for meetings, it keeps us connected and minimizes email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really great to jump right in, and start using right away with minimal learning curve even for those that might not be very tech-savvy. No tutorials needed, self-explanatory and truly useful. Especially for situations where you might be working remotely!
Asana for the win
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Asana. I enjoy how you can organize every project and create tasks and subtasks then assign them to a team member. Absolutely fantastic. I've used Asana for a few years now and I tell everyone about how they should use it. It's helped me manage my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Absolutely nothing. I suppose you could get a little crazy if you kept nestling the tasks to subtasks, but I can see the value of you do require it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving deadline problems with amazing results. People understand the bigger picture and see how important next steps are.

It will change the way you think about organization.
Awesome Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it does everything, from communication, tasks, alerts, deadlines, it has helped our business become much more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish we could use it as a labor-management tool but we are making do with what we can and all it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding out where we are over and putting projects together as a whole picture rather then using emails to do so.

Try it out! The free version has alot to offer and is so easy. All the app is phenomenal.
