The perfect app for keeping teams Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it was customizable, and allowed a whole team to use it. I liked the color coding, so I could easily know who was who and could see the progress we had made as a team on multiple tasks all in one place instead of trying to search through email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a learning curve to get to know how it works, I don't think we utilized it to its full potential or as smoothly as we could have because of this. Can be somewhat complicated at first, but awesome after that, It really does what we need it to do. No complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good experience. Kept our team organized, helped eliminate some stress while working towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously. Asana keeps us all on the same page for communication, which is important because we are all in different locations. Love the ability to quickly create projects, assist tasks and mark them done. Super simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The simplicity of the interface and that it works across mobile devices and the desktop/web, Asana is the best project managing tool I’ve used!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Asana at my previous employer because it’s user friendly, nice to the eye, and simple. Managing tasks, submitting request across coworkers, and going back for reference is just all too good and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I found that I did not like about Asana.

Simply, project management and keeping track of team members tasks.

Best is assign to other employees and document the ticket accordingly to the investigation

What do you like best about the product?
I like assigning tasks to each person on my team so that everyone is held accountable for their work and responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the platform better organized when photos of projects or documents are uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never miss or forget anything that is on my list for the day because I get email reminders about my tasks with great detail.

I love being able to set up tasks with deadlines and details within each individual project, and assign owners.

I would like a more robust project timeline feature.

So many! Which tasks need to happen when, who owns each one, visibility for the whole team, and the calendar view is great too.

This product is very useful to track workflow and very useful in team management. It allows you to create a task, subtask with due date and comments.

There are many disadvantages of asana but it is great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very useful product to teamwork and tracks workflow. I can easily assign a task to team members with the due date. I can also check task status to this project.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Asana! It is the best when it comes to productivity. It helps everyone be on the same page and you can easily see what tacks need to be completed. Besides using it for my business. We also use it as a family to help keep us on track on what needs to get done that day and week. It helps everyone work together as team mates. Before I started using Asana I had a hard time being productive in my business. But now I know what needs to be done everyday thanks to Asana!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do dislike about Asana is that it took me a while to get a hang of how to use it. I had to ask my husband how to use it since I was confused on how to use it at first. But now that I know what to do it is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my problem of procrastination! Asana has been a HUGE benefit in helping me stay on top of my to-do list and when ever I have a thought of what needs to get done I can easily add it to Asana and every morning Asana is one of the first things I check. That way I know what needs to be completed that day!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with many people across different tasks (creative, strategy, buying, project management). It's really easy to set up and personalize your workspace in a way that makes sense to you or your team. As well, a great way to hold others accountable with due dates and reminders. I've enjoyed it so much that I've moved my personal projects outside of the workplace onto the platform as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the phone app was easier to use. With as in-depth as we use it, and as many tickets as we create, it can be quite difficult to manage on the app if you're on the go.

Team organization, communication, feedback.

It is well worth giving it a try! It takes some time to figure out the set-up that works for you, but once you do it will revolutionize how you organize task management.
