Great task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very simple and intuitive platform.

The platform usually sends too many notifications via email.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana runs away from all the complications in project management tools and turns tasks and projects into simple yet powerful tools. Its collaboration features, such as commenting and assigning, also make for an amazing tool for teams. Great way to get your head emptied into different structures. Get your team involved without meeting them on every single item.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is already perfect but it would be great if Asana makes its interface a little more advanced and customizable for viewing our projects. Duplicating tasks and creating subtasks can be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Asana for approximately 2 years; it is going great and giving wonderful services. It has become a user-friendly product that allows me to work in an efficient way. It is one of the greatest project management platform that let have a proper focus on our projects and daily tasks. It is an organized tool that provides everything with a wide range of functions. I can set all priorities and deadlines efficiently. It is all in one tool for tracking tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will never forget anything on your daily/weekly/monthly task list with Asana! There is the ability to create a due date, assign co-workers, check off completed tasks, set recurring tasks, and so much more to stay on top of your to-do list. Emails are sent if a task of overdue. This is a fantastic tool and recommends it to everyone.
Asana - simple to utilize
What do you like best about the product?
It performs information handling and it is very helpful to enter data from the beginning. Asana is instinctive and simple to utilize and the templates permit you to have distinctive sorts of ventures to organize them according to the work we are attending to do, the program itself could be a gem for the visual characteristics in spite of the fact that it has a few faults that I will detail below. It is perfect to edit fast ventures that require many steps such as building or computing where you'll go writing brief notes to keep in mind throughout the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases you must check the whole list of tasks when you want to keep up to date, this can be too due to a general view very messy from the dashboard. As a solution to this I propose the creation of folders where individual tasks and projects can be stored but we are at the mercy of Asana's group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adana makes a difference us detect free riders within the organization and be able to expel them. Since the team is able to see what everybody is doing, putting weight on everybody to work hard. With asana, you're able to see how distant individuals are they with their tasks. This helps in arranging and task of the upcoming projects. Asana is incredible when it comes to record keeping and organization because you are able to look and share certain files faster and effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this to others. Different teams can create individual channels and invite any group individuals they would wish. This helps to collaborate and learn from individuals with same minds enhancing more efficiency and development.
Asana is a great way to look at the big picutre
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user-friendly and allows a unique way to share tasks. It helps us look, as a team, at the big picture but not lose sight of the little details.
What do you dislike about the product?
If everyone does not properly interface with the platform, it loses some of its appeals so if you're not used to this time of organization it can be difficult to get everyone on board with such an explicit role layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see exactly what's on everyone's plate and dividing work accordingly. Also, just a great place to keep track of all the information needed while you're clear headed so nothing falls through the cracks when things heat up

It's extremely user-friendly and allows an efficient way to share tasks amoungst team memebers. It is uniquely set up to allow you to look at both the bird's eye view of a project in addition to all the little details that might be easy to overlook.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of the Asana, it is very nice. The interface of the application is very user-friendly. It is very intuitive and makes working in it very simple and easy. Managing tasks is very simple. Also developing and registering new tasks is easy. Cost of the product is friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of the program is very good but it would be better if it had customizable background. It has no live chat and it makes you to use another program for chat communication. Also Asana does not support mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing the project with Asana's help. It is very comfortable to have plans and tasks registered in Asana and monitor them.

I can recommend it to people which doing project management. This platform will help you with managing and organizing tasks involved in the project.

Deadline setting , prioritization and assigning of tasks are some of the features i enjoy most.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful organizational tool and helps us to visualize our workflow and progress on the work we're doing. Asana gives me and my teammates ability to track different ongoing projects,tasks,timelines and etc. It was not too difficult to get used to the program, because of its simple interface and functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I least like about Asana is that you cannot learn all of its functionality just in a single day. As I said, it's not too difficult to get used to the programm, but it takes a time to learn how to use all the settings and customizations correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped me to be well informied about any project at any time. I have feeling, that I'm really the part of the project, as I can see every detail of project, I can see the timelines, the tasks, the asignees and etc. It saves a lot of time and organizes every project very well.
Great for Teams with multiple projects and deadlines

Asana is great to streamline communication for teams with multiple projects, deadlines, and dependencies that need constant tracking and feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to limitations on Asana's end, it's impossible to have more than one point of contact on any given task -- you would have to duplicate the task and set the second task to the other person, but this may clutter your calendar or board, which can get confusing rather quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization is the greatest problem we're solving with this software -- knowing who is in charge of what, and when, is super important. The ability to give feedback under each individual task helps progress of the overall project.
UI is fun and approachable
What do you like best about the product?
I love the playful aspects of the UI. I know it's not that important to productivity necessarily in itself, but I think that those features make work feel a little bit lighter and more approachable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better chat function outside of the tasks. I guess that's why people use Slack but maybe there would be a way to add some other communication features that aren't tied to specific projects or tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our office has fewer internal emails now and it's much easier to track changes that occur over the course of a project. Now our communication doesn't get lost among dozens of email chains!

Asana is a tool that is providing satisfying services for task and project management. Asana keeps professional team behind their application that keeps on developing its program according to the user's need. Simple, easy to use App Easy to Share with Co-Workers, Team-Members, etc Like that you can add media, etc to ask for more detail and direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does not keep negative things I really prefer this service for Project management. Asana is also going great when it updates its program; It's every new version brings helpful functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my team to organize and track projects progress in real time.I think it's a project and task management solution based on the preferred cloud, on my team and in my personal life. It is also known as a great tool for collaboration and communication. We can manage multiple projects efficiently at the same time. The most interesting thing is the notification feature that keeps up to date with the ongoing projects.

Overall, I have found it fun to use and would recommend to others. It has great features and it's ideally suited for business teams and organization. I'm looking forward to using more and exploring more of what I can do with Asana.
