Great task management and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to implement and to onboard new users. The interface is attractive and very intuitive. New features are appearing every few months the recently added Portfolio/Workload feature is brilliant. Now I get the Gantts I need to monitor my team's workload and our many projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to estimate hours per task would make Workload even more useful. Keyword search (for completed tasks/projects etc.) can be a little flakey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Asana I was working with former dev and it was always very hard to know what was done and what was not: we paid for working hours but we never had a clear follow up of their tasks... With Asana it's a big relief: I know what I'm paying my dev for. Every task is documented and clear. You can add or delete a task, add comments, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a breeze to use and it enables our busy publishing team of 10 to collaborate and stay on top of our day-to-day. It also gives me the paper trail I need for quarterly and annual reporting. Highly recommended.

Ability to track multiple tasks for multiple projects and communicate with colleagues within those tasks

UX is not entirely intuitive, at first finding where things are was a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely with clients can be a challenge, so organized project management keeps everyone on the same page. It’s easier than sending emails back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has changed the way my business runs. Managing my team and our projects has never been easier! I'm excited that they added the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any major faults with it.

Team and project management has been made so simple. I'm able to lay out everyone's workload and it decreases time spent going back and forth via email.

What do you like best about the product?
In the use of Asana for the projects that are carried in the company by their size they must be very well separated and specified by the responsible parties, with Asana this is possible by the way of organizing, each participant is doing his part and It increases its progress so what others are needed to continue this is thanks to that we are online and all the information we are registering is being observed and therefore we do not need to be all in the offices or nearby as many are in other cities and they are observing what is happening and can request up to certain necessary acessories.
The best thing is that you have a trial time to know and manipulate the program.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can not talk about things you do not like because the tool is very good, of course you should always have a connection to the internet because if it does not work, it is not very broad as you grow in projects or even in the premium version, I imagine the application must be in a continuous update to always improve this platform every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What helps us a lot is that it maintains a great organization in each project that is carried separately because many people are participating and each team member knows what we are talking about and is not lost in the information this is very important in the organization at the time of reporting reports requested by the board.

For companies that need to have a good organization in the management of their projects Asana is a very good alternative for it, it is very practical and when you start to manipulate it you will see that it is easy to use it.

Assigning tasks, creating sub-tasks and seeing progress makes work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to say about the negatives of the program other than sometimes it's difficult to find projects that you've previously interacted with.

It's made the process of assigning tasks at work easier and helped with follow up on tasks and assignments.
Perfect for small to medium sized companies
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it extremely easy to organize your workload across multiple projects. There is also a chrome extension that streamlines the process of adding new tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are not many things that I would say I dislike about Asana. It would be cool to add guests to projects with different roles with more advanced access restrictions.

Balancing workload is one of the primary benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it offers an easy-to-use interface, it also allows me to add members of my team, allowing collaboration to classify all projects, assign tasks, comments, organize all the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that sometimes I have problems to locate some element in the search option, this delays me a bit and takes time away, but in general asana is an excellent tool to work in an organized way as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to work very comfortably with asana since it allows the integration of the equipment, it gives us the facility to program work activities and classify it into boards.

Start using this amazing software that allows and facilitates managing projects, tasks for the office and for your personal life as well.
Great tool and an even easier to learn.

I love how easy the user interface is to use. It made my project management simple to use and my transition to my new job much more streamlined than I ever imagined.

I wish there was an integration or a plug-in that would save drafts to my account or complete items that are open.

My cluttered draft box! Its helped me manage and organize all of my outreach.

Its is easy to use to generate and assign tasks to team members. It has very friendly user interface which is easy understandable to anyone using Asana for the first time. It is easy to organize and manage projects in Asana.

sometimes it becomes hard to track files that I have saved.

It has been a very good tool in managing tasks for our teams. It has helped us to save time moving from tabs to tabs in order to access emails. It has helped our teams meet deadlines on projects and track progress.

It is a very efficient tool tool to use in organization and management of projects and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
