What do you like best about the product?
As a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, managing multiple seller accounts, timelines, and priorities is part of my everyday workflow. What I love about Asana is how effortlessly it adapts to this dynamic environment. From breaking down complex seller issues into manageable action items to tracking deadlines and collaborating across internal teams, Asana makes it easy to stay organized and efficient. Its customizable workflows mean I can tailor each project to match specific seller needs without forcing a one-size-fits-all process. Plus, seamless integrations with other tools ensure that I'm always working within a connected system—saving time and driving better results for the sellers I support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana has been a valuable tool in managing my projects as a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, there are a few limitations I've encountered. For new users or smaller support teams, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially when juggling complex projects with multiple collaborators. Although the interface is clean, there's a lot happening at once, which can take time to get used to. Some of the more advanced features like timeline views, goals, and automation rules are only available through premium plans, which can be restrictive for lean teams. Additionally, the absence of built-in time tracking and the inability to assign tasks to more than one person can limit flexibility when coordinating across different stakeholders or workflows.

> As a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, I manage a diverse portfolio of seller accounts, campaigns, and collaborative projects across multiple internal teams. Asana has become an invaluable asset by offering a centralized workspace where I can easily track progress and streamline collaboration. Whether it's onboarding new sellers, handling escalations, or working closely with marketing and compliance, Asana allows me to convert complex responsibilities into clearly assigned tasks with defined deadlines, helping minimize back-and-forth and ensuring consistent follow-through.

> What stands out most is the visibility it offers—I can instantly gauge where each seller is in their journey, identify blockers, and prioritize actions accordingly. It's also improved communication across distributed teams, making coordination easier regardless of location or time zone. Ultimately, Asana has brought structure and clarity to my workflow, leading to greater efficiency and, most importantly, enhanced seller satisfaction and success.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few challenges still impact the overall experience. The frequent need to create customized projects, particularly when uploading large amounts of data through files, can become quite tedious. Additionally, the rules and filters available often do not adequately support complex workflows or the specific needs of different teams. Handling bulk data is also less seamless than expected and does not offer the flexibility required for enterprise-level operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI-powered efficiency of this tool is impressive—the smart suggestions and task automation features genuinely save me hours each week. I also appreciate the structured documentation, as every project, task, and conversation is organized in one place, making it easy to find and reference anything I need. When it comes to clarity and collaboration, ASANA excels by keeping everyone aligned and accountable, whether it's managing cross-functional dependencies or tracking stakeholder timelines.

I'm amazed how Asana can help to optimize and make visible my daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's great that it can be syncronized with Gmail and Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
My fear is that getting to use it on a daily basis would take way to much time for me but I'm very excited to jump in and try to make it my best friend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I1m a new user so my hope is that it will eliminate the need of double/triple checking my emails when I'm working with ZenDesk ticketing

It's an incredibly intutive program but the learning curve is a big step. Though also not the hardest thing to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excellent, Accessible Training, Intuitive Set Up, Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
Working in Asana has brought clarity to task and project work. Getting into a new system is always a bit uncomfortable. Change can be intimidating. But after going through some of the trainings, I'm excited to have Asana over the previous project management system we were on. And the AI assistant makes everything even easier as it can provide instant information about tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve, but that could be said about any type of new system. Their training materials are really easy and actionable, but it still takes time to go through the motions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team organize around project so workflows are clear and smooth.
Many years using and still in love
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how no matter if you are on an enterprise package or a lower level it still has incredible functionality at the core. Every team I have worked with over the last 7 years has used Asana in so many different ways that it really is very customizable to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that Asana has been branching in AI tools, it would be nice if more were available at the lower tiers and not just enterprise - especially since most webinars are targeted to all level of user and are centered around these newer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps our various client accounts on track.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
navigate and manage tasks. The ability to customize projects and integrate with other tools like Google Drive and Slack is also a significant benefit
What do you dislike about the product?
a high learning curve for advanced features, too many notifications, difficulty with personalization, and limitations in assigning multiple users to a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
disorganized teamwork, lack of visibility into project progress, and inefficient communication within teams.
Great Platform with Lots of Features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is excellent from the multiple ways to add tasks and projects to how to organize them in Teams and Portfolios. The Workflow automations cut down on a lot of steps which is great, and the aesthetics of the whole platform is very pleasing. We use this every day and as Project Manager I have multiple tabs with projects open at all times. It's been the easiest CRM to implement across the company - it's simple to onboard both new client projects as well as new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each task can only be assign to one person at a time so if it gets stuck on someone's list, others may not be aware in order to move things along and pick up the slack.
Subtasks feel hidden unless you intentionally go into a parent task so my team doesn't find them helpful to use.
Subtasks feel hidden unless you intentionally go into a parent task so my team doesn't find them helpful to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us have all of our projects and tasks in one place. It's especially helpful for setting up recurring tasks so they auto-generate every week/month so we stay on track.
