Useful task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to create to do list for my self and coworkers. Reminders work very well

There is not a gantt view available In the free version

Asana - Make your team more productive at work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to be more productive at work because with it I can organize my tasks in such a way that my team can work on what really matters, it has a very intuitive interface with which I can create documents, add images, lists and I It allows me to configure my tasks in the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Asana is that it doesn't allow me to customize my board as much as I want, and I wish I could change the appearance of some things on its interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company the use of Asana is very important because with this software I can maintain a constant workflow, I also always have my team updated and up to date with the new activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the use of Asana for all types of companies, since it is very adaptable and easy to use, it also contains a free version with which you can test its functions and features.

What do you like best about the product?
The features in Asana are mostly on the simple side to use. The controls are largely intuitive, and once you get a hang of it, users can create new tasks and move things around very smoothly. I think that the price for an Asana account is very competitive and we get lots of features to justify the cost. We can use many other tools like calendars to go along with the boards so that we can get a wider view of our project timeline at any moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that I dislike too much about Asana so far. However, it can be a little tricky to use all the features and constantly keep up with project updates. Sometimes when I'm working, I just want to focus on the work and not have to go back to Asana so often. I think it just takes some time to get used to, which is a problem mostly if your project tasks don't mesh well with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that by using Asana, I am able to be more confident with everything that is involved with the project. I think that others I work with are also more confident and have the ability to take tasks and assignments in run with them without many obstacles like approvals. We can comment and discuss certain issues that occur within projects through the platform in a more accessible way than contacting each other through calls or discussing things through email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a project management application that is intuitive, basically from the moment you start using it, then I think Asana can be a good fit for you and your team. It shouldn't take long to get a small team set up with Asana to try it for a week or so.

Adaptable and very complete software.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to have control of the management of the product and to obtain a precise follow-up of its progress, which allows us to easily track errors and prioritize our activities, is compatible with other tools and is extremely easy to handle.

I've tried to find something that bothers me, but so far I haven't found it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to have order in the departments in which it is being used, now it allows us to prioritize and organize our tasks efficiently.

Now we work in a more organized way and we have increased productivity if you have problems in those areas of your company, this software could be an option for you.
Asana is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is simple to use. It has a great design and is minimalistic enough to not lose sight of what matters. Using it allows me to get a head start on my projects and not lose track of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have dislikes for Asana. Maybe making it more friendly for new users, while it is easy to use once you learn it, all the amazing features are lost in translation when you are new to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I have been tracking the progress of a project for a new website for student life. I’ve realized that with Asana, me and my team can stay connected and check progress on the project.
Project Management Tools Included
What do you like best about the product?
It is great Asana includes Kanban or Scrum project management tools. Having these tools included instead of having to use a completely different software is very helpful. There are many tools for both individuals and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that Asana is just for team projects. IT would be great to be built-in with traditional CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams are able to track projects easier as the dashboard is simple and includes many tools in the freemium version. This has made it easier for teams to track our progress.

I really enjoy the ability to create project cards with multiple parts and assign parts to other team members.

The interface is not as intuitive as I would hope, but it has gotten better.

We are managing multiple projects across many work locations globally. This has helped us stay on track and on focus.
