Keeps My Clinic and Content Work on Track Without Overthinking
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so my day usually has follow-ups, diet work, and content planning going on together. Earlier, things were spread across notes and reminders, and I had to keep checking different places. Now it’s easier to see what needs attention.
It didn’t take much time to get started. I added my work and began using it without needing any setup help. I use it regularly to keep track of pending work and upcoming tasks, especially on busy clinic days. This helps me stay more consistent with my nutrition and health posts too.
I like that I can set timelines and priorities so I dont miss small follow ups. I also keep short notes for myself about what is pending or what I need to work on next. I don’t need advanced tools for my work, and the simple features are enough to keep my routine organised without extra effort.
I also use it to attach small notes or files to a task, like diet details or content ideas, so everything related to one piece of work stays together. Being able to see updates in one place helps me move through clinic follow ups and content planning without switching between different apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I open Asana on my phone when I’m outside the clinic, and the screen feels a bit busy on smaller screens. A few options take a couple of taps to reach, so quick edits are not always smooth on mobile. I also feel that the free plan shows upgrade prompts more often than needed, which can be a little distracting. When I have many tasks for the week, the list takes a moment to load properly on slower internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, my clinic follow-ups, diet work, and content ideas were sitting in different places, so I was switching between notes and reminders a lot. Now I keep ongoing work in one place and check it when I start my day, which makes the day feel more planned. I dont have to rely on memory for small things anymore.
This has reduced the chances of missing follow-ups or leaving diet work half done. I also plan my health and nutrition posts ahead of time, so my posting doesn’t stop when the clinic gets busy. On days when work piles up, it helps me pick one thing at a time instead of feeling rushed.
I also like that I can add short notes and links to a task, so details don’t get lost. Overall, it has made my daily routine smoother and less stressful.

Streamlined Team Communication with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's ability to communicate with Outlook because it allows me to capture conversations sent to me via email easily. The integration is valuable as it opens a tab and drops the conversations into Asana without having to flip through pages or manually transferring the information. This feature makes managing tasks and communicating with my supervisor more efficient. Also, setting up Asana was really easy thanks to the resources available at Asana Academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see automatic tab drop-downs instead of having to click an arrow to open them. Some tabs I just want to get an overview of, so having automatic drop-downs would make a big difference for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana as a task manager and to communicate with my supervisor. It solves the problem of tracking conversations between peers by consolidating information. Its integration with Outlook is valuable, as it captures email conversations seamlessly into Asana without extra steps.
Customizable Platform with Minor Recurring Task Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is customizable and that we can add our clients as collaborators so they have full visibility of the status of their projects. The customized fields help me set up rules/workflows and keep the timeline to completion on track. Also, the initial setup of Asana was easy for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way that recurring tasks regenerate in whatever section they're in when marked as complete. They also keep attachments when the next instance is generated, and both of these are an issue in our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us track progress, manage workloads, and set client expectations. Customizable fields let me create workflows and ensure we stay on schedule.
Powerful automation and a clean interface that saves time from day one
What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to configure repetitive tasks and automate complex workflows in a matter of seconds, which helps save time. Additionally, its interface is clean, organized, and visually appealing, so teams can start using it quickly and without a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same task cannot be assigned to multiple people, which complicates shared work and team coordination. Additionally, the structure of tasks, subtasks, and projects can become confusing and disorganized quickly if not managed carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a work management platform, it helps us organize, track, and coordinate tasks and projects as a team. Additionally, it contributes to reducing organizational chaos, lack of communication, and uncertainty about who should be responsible for each task. This way, it becomes easier to see how different tasks are progressing without having to constantly ask or request reports.
Streamlining Nonprofit Operations with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana has many views and that you can chat directly inside a task and make comments. It integrates well with Slack and Google Drive, and it helps cut time down when I'm trying to communicate about projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it's hard to know how to get it to work. For example, when we were trying to create dependencies, it wasn't clear the first time we were trying to do it. And I had to look into documentation, which there's a lot of, but it can definitely be overwhelming to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to track the progress of multiple projects and for recurring reminders for annual deadlines. It helps cut down communication time about projects and simplifies seeking clarity without more meetings.
Clean Task Lists That Make Follow-Ups and Progress Tracking Easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is most helpful for tracking client action items post-meeting and review. I personally utilize it to assign follow-ups, set due dates, and track progress. The layout of the task list is clean and makes it simple to identify what has not been addressed without having to sift through emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
When priorities change rapidly, it is not uncommon for tasks to require manual reordering based on priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, follow-ups were managed via inbox flags and shared sheets, which sometimes resulted in missed follow-ups. Asana has improved this process by providing better visibility into client task management.
Asana Keeps Projects Organized With Clear Visibility Into Tasks and Deadlines.
What do you like best about the product?
ASANA provides a solid organizational mechanism for my client's project needs by providing one central location to assign post-review action items for my project managers, manage deadlines, and gain insight/visibility on open tickets from our clients. ASANA's timeline and list views also allow me to easily see how all my tasks are progressing without having to search in my email inbox for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I have prioritized tasks, the order of tasks will not be all that needs to change; new tasks may need to be added to keep everything aligned with the overall project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I would be able to track follow-up actions by keeping a shared spreadsheet and marking follow-ups in my email account. ASANA provides a much more straightforward task assignment method as well as a much greater sense of accountability to my project managers than I had previously.
Asana Makes Milestones and Ownership Easy to Track at a Glance.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is best used for planning activities and tracking ownership for groups. I use it to divide activities into milestones and track the ownership of tasks using the timeline view. It is easy to read and understand the overview of the activities at a glance, which is important for weekly governance meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is necessary to manually adjust the activities due to the high dependencies involved in the process flow. This is because the process flow logic is not easy to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning activities were previously done using trackers that were not easy to read. Asana helped me better plan activities and made it easy to understand the ownership of tasks for groups.
Structure and Automation with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana helps to bring structure with labels and setting up rules for automation, keeping my project clean and organized. The initial setup was easy because I had worked with it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish for more freedom in organizing timelines and schedules, I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep track of tasks within multiple teams and to bring structure with labels and automation rules. It keeps my projects clean and organized.
