Useful tool for keeping track of deliverables
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set due dates and plan project dependencies. Nice UX
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some useful automations/settings. The ability to set tasks to automatically be dependent on subtasks would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents us from having to manually track all deliverables.
diverse, easy to access and use. feels like the ultimate CRM
What do you like best about the product?
being able to set up as info tabs, tasks, and use like a trello display and change per needs.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The perfect project management tool to help your team determine what it actually needs
What do you like best about the product?
Last year, as owner of my agency, I wanted to explore other PM tools to see if there was a better fit for our workflow, and so I set up accounts with all of the most-marketed PM tools. Each one had a feature or two that was really nice, but none had a flow to them that clicked with my agency's overall processes. After months of experimenting, I returned fulltime to Asana convinced that it is unchallenged as the best PM tool out there because it seems to understand its users better than the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not in the anti-AI hivemind. I use AI daily for my and my agency's workflow, but with one qualification: It must provide value. So far, Asana's AI offerings don't offer obvious value. Maybe it's there and the problem is messaging about the value, or maybe they rushed AI features due to investor pressure without an obvious need. Regardless, the AI parts need a lot of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small creative services team, no two people think about projects and tasks the same way. This could be friction in project management, but Asana allows for different views of the same project without disrupting the overall progress and performance of that project. So, if one person prefers a list, and another prefers cards, both are options throughout the project. For a small team like ours, this little detail has been very beneficial.
Keeps our team organized for better workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to clear the bugs and let me track bugs and tasks clearly without getting messy. and real time updates for any new task for mobile in app notification and email are best for small team's.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is same as I provided above asana needs to manage the notification management. inbox and routing to tasks are confusing for the navigation part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to stay organized with project as well as team members. everyone in the project can track who is working on which task that great thing to get sync with the project.
Asana Management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a good product for advanced operations business management.
There was the ease of integration. Tried it with Google calendar.
There was the ease of integration. Tried it with Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite complicated for a beginner. It should be simpler to use.
Implementation felt like it's good for a specific project, not like setting up calendar for the year for a team.
I don't like the time allocation feature. I should be able to see my entire calendar for the year, but Asana shows you for the week and until I say I have completed a project, it does not move a repetitive task to next week.
It does not have a time duration feature. Just a start time.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is very customizable which can be overwhelming when trying to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many projects that are happening across our organizations and require collaboration with many people. Asana helped reduce emails and created a central location to communicate, assign task and improve accountability.
Simple but powerful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity and low learning curve. While some features may not be available when compared to other software options, all the basics are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem with Asana is the requirement to choose a start or a target date to set up all date calculations in a task. While it makes sense from a planning point of view, it lacks the flexibility of other PM options that allow for making date calculations.
It also lacks a powerful Gantt chart option, and the licensing structure can be confusing for some organizations that don't share a common domain.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana primarily addresses the question of "who is doing what and when." It offers a straightforward way to organize tasks and add labels for additional classification, making it easier to manage everything. Additionally, it facilitates collaboration by allowing users to add notes, comments, and attachments simply and visually.
