Magnificent file organization
What do you like best about the product?
Your file tracking is very efficient, we can have a lot of organization thanks to this incredible tool to distribute work in an orderly manner and the collaboration of the entire work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the search for ko files not to require a constant internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a very efficient tool and has been very helpful in streamlining the entire process of documents, process tracking, and tasks. Our delivery times and communication have improved greatly thanks to the team collaboration that this software provides, all of which has translated into an increase in clients and profits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it is a very useful tool for tracking and managing files to be searched in a much simpler way. You must try it and see if it is convenient for your companies.

It is a very simple and rich tool that allows you to manage and plan your projects, since it is a collaboration software that you very good with which I can do everything you want. The good thing is that this program allows you to customize my activities and have a control of the people who can see your information, it is also very safe.

I do not like that I can only use it online, if it could be downloaded and have it on my computer it would be excellent, I should have more intuitive options that serve to better manage projects, and if they could have more features, it would be better.

It is very useful because it helps to keep everything related to a task in the same context: images, PDF files, copies is excellent since it is not software that allows you to manage your time, you can also see tasks in its entirety. important you do not necessarily have to create projects to start adding tasks, in conclusion it contains everything my company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an action is generated, it generates an email, which causes the inbox to be full of notifications and that causes the most important ones to be lost, a situation that does not feel good and forces me to log in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a fair price advertisement tool we could not find something better, and with the fact of generating individualities and solving in real time has been the most benefits, in addition to its low cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a powerful tool so I recommend its use its interface is clean and low cost. It is very versatile since it adapts to every need, it does not require large teams, you can also delegate tasks, you will no longer be disorganized, managing tasks will be very easy.
Good for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for in-office productivity and checking off tasks. It's easy to use and review projects, and you can see how much your coworkers have to do before passing a project off onto them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike! Good software overall.

We needed software to assist with ongoing projects in the workplace, and Asana functioned as that.

What do you like best about the product?
ok, i love asana. I use it daily. And they just did a huge overhall that took a few weeks getting used to. at first, i hated it, but then it made much more sense for how tasks connect with a calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
but.. whats the deal with not having hyperlinks in text fields? am i missing something here? other then that have no complaints. i do paid subscriptins for big tasks, and switch off sometimes. but love asana, u se it every day!

calendar tasks.. agile projects, creating kanban boards all on one! you dont need a dozen tools, asana does it for you

if you use checklists, kanban boards, documents, need files, are cross collaboritng, or are planning and need something ALL IN ONE.

Great way to track all of your project tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can manage tasks by client and program. You can also create and assign tasks to any team members. Love that it can be used internally to collaborate with team members or share with a client. I love the fact that you always have your work/files saved on the web for easy access.

Unless you have the premium membership, you can't utilize the timeline feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great way to stay on top of each project and client. Management can look in and see what you are working on at all times. Also has allowed me to share my progress with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend upgrading to premium. Essentially you can make good use of all of the other tools which are included in the free membership, but I am very visual and I prefer to see it in a timeline format
Best low cost project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that fact I can organize tasks by projects, assign tasks to others and link google forms to create a ticketing system we use for technical updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Constant notifications of tasks due dates and not being able to track tasks assign by individual person for free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to manage three aspects of our organization- membership, marketing and website. This is through creating a ticketing system intergrating google forms and creating priority lists in completing a tasks.
Good tool for tracking of complex project development
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the one and only tool to manage complex projects as many other project management tools fail as the project grows, we are really impressed with the way the AI system in Asana works. It helps us to predict the time of project delivery with the current trend. The AI based mechanism also sends the users and the Clients regular emails about various changes/updates on the project by forecasting it. Asana is the best tool when it comes to project collaboration and team management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is with the pricing and regular changes on the UI, kindly reduce the pricing and please do not make changes to the UI regularly as it will affect us, we need to find the desired feature and then apply it to the project. Please roll out UI changes monthly or annually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing huge business solutions projects that require bih team and constant monitoring. Asana helps us to manage the project more effectively and more easily. There is only less human effort needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please update the UI on monthly basis rather than weekly, we find it difficult to cope with the new UI design.
Solid team project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I've recently started using Asana and it has been a very useful collaboration and efficiency tool. Very intuitive for the most part. UI is simple and gets the job done. Easy to drag and drop tasks. I also like that you can configure your Asana boards in multiple ways: by priority bucket; by IC, or by project. I work across multiple teams and each are using Asana in these 3 different ways. It's a very flexible project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is lacking in the different media you can put in tasks. I like to hyperlink, add screenshots, and upload files. This is a weak area for Asana. For example, you can't hyperlink works in the text, you can only c/p the entire link. These little touches add up when you're using Asana daily.
Another thing that is not great is searching for boards themselves. As a new joiner to a team, you'll need to get added to boards otherwise its unlikely you'll be able to find them yourself.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using asana to track each IC's work. It makes it easy to see what each person is working on, and similar to Slack, it lets break each project into a thread so you don't need email. You can just search for the Asana task and you'll find all the relevant information about that project right there. Using Asana has definitely cut down on emails back and forth, and also increased personal efficiency because I can find links and docs independently by referring to our Asana boards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Asana, it's important to look through all capabilities and see how much you'll actually use. I like using Asana on my current team, but I'm using less than 25% of what Asana has to offer. That said, if price isn't an issue, and you can get 100% of your team to adopt Asana use, then it's a good option.
