One of the best tools to see the performance of your work team.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Asana is that you can establish projects for each of your users and selecting check when you have completed the activity and as a percentage of your progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
do not like the update interface since I was used to the previous one, I do not like it when it is associated with the instagant tool, it shows a lot of slowness in the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company we implement many projects with different collaborators that are responsible for different specializations. With Asana the activities are assigned to each of the participants so that a better organization is carried out during the project
Solid solution, just didn’t get traction at our company
What do you like best about the product?
The UI was great and everything was super easy to navigate and figure out
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of clicking. Essentially that was the downfall for us, we could not get over the jump of data entry time cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying more organized and keeping everyone in the loop on projects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Staying committed to company wide adoption is key, not just with this but any project management software
Simple and organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great platform to streamline and simplify your workflow. From tasks, to to-do’s and project management, Asana allows you to see the bigger picture of where everything is in the pipeline, so you don’t drop the ball on anything that’s important to you and your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
After their most recent update, the navigation within the program itself can sometimes be frustrating. Sometimes I end up going in circles to get back to a certain page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m a project manager, so Asana is a great way to keep people on track with miscellaneous tasks. Ever since they added “timelines” in May 2018, it has only gotten more organized and easier to track the progress of things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is better than a majority of platforms available.
Great for organization and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to really categorize all the tasks by project, team, and sub-tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can look a little overwhelming to new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Asana for various web design projects among several team members. I like that I could assign tasks to specific people to give everyone equal responsibility and satisfaction in completion. It's kept my remote teams organized and on top of things with mismatched schedules.
Fast and getting better all the time
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and flexible, with many ways to view tasks and progress, including on a calendar, board, list, or gantt-like timeline. It's very easy to quickly work through many tasks without leaving the keyboard. No doubt Asana will always be beautiful and and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is finding a consistent workflow that your team can depend on over time.
The free feature set is nice enough, and it's great that they offer it for up to 15 users, but the for those small teams that need to plan even moderately complex projects, the leap to Premium or Business is substantial--$120/user/year is asking a lot for a single piece of software for a small team, especially billed annually.
Further, the product is evolving so much that features are often teased or released as free and then repackaged later as premium features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We juggle many competing projects and deadlines, so it helps keep everything in one big picture, in a place we can talk about individual tasks as we go along. I prefer this workflow to Slack-like emphasis on chat/email, etc. Asana's prospects for time planning are getting better, but are a bit obfuscated right now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Decide your workflow in advance and see if you can make Asana fit in a comfortable, natural way before deciding to switch.
Very good for short and quick projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers a good variety of project management features and also has a remarkable list of apps and integrations for additional functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not recommended for large and complex capital projects as it lacks some features which are considered in other well known robust solutions

Best Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly with interactive graphics. The software is also very easy to navigate through. Secondly, as a manager one is able to monitor the schedule and progress of their employees, which generally helps in time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes one some time to learn every feature of the software. Secondly, a manager cannot be able to assign the same task to more than one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is very essential in streamlining various business processes and organizing team members to be efficient and manage their time efficiently. There are a few people who are allowed to create tasks. This means that the software will not suit larger organisations with very many supervisors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an effective tool for project management, makes jobs easier for both the managers and their employees.
Great for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use across departments for technicians and stakeholders to track project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that you cannot toggle between views, can only do Kanban or list for the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across departments on projects. Deadlines. It’s easier to track dependencies between projects and timelines.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is good for organizing and managing tasks, whether they are personal or work related.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the premium features were accessible on the basic version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for assigning tasks, listing and organizing tasks, and visualizing the tasks you have to complete.
