Checklists and teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Most software is set up as either checklist or project management. With Asana we can combine them both under 1 roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could use an update. While it serves it purpose, little more visual appeal would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team projects and shared checklists.
Helps keep me organised
What do you like best about the product?
Im currently using the free version and find Asana great for organising my current projects. It simple to use and has a very user friendly interface. Even the free version has great capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not using it to its full capabilities but so far, no negatives for me. I actually really like it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple projects on the go at once, and lots of things to get done in a week so Asana helps me organise my workload and prioritise. Ive found it helps me sit down and step by step work through the process in my head so nothing is missed. It definitely keeps me organised and able to work through my projects logically
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I find it great - as my needs grow i will definitely upgrade to the paid version
Very cool project collab tool for experience self-organising agile / scrum teams / xtreme projects
What do you like best about the product?
The planned tasks view and how team tasks flow into a gantt chart view. I loved the design and clarity of the user interface. It's easy on the eye and the team love / want to try it out - one of the biggest hurdles to get passed. Then of course the visibility across teams, the flow of commentary and collaboration is also really great. It's a tool that you don't have to teach anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there was no that there wasn't a great link between all project tasks per person and the consideration of all of these for a single person and as a result for the entire team across every project. There is a feature for this feature, but just not ideal based on other solutions I've worked in. Development teams particularly love it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, team collaboration, planning and connection team tasks across a timeline. Great for easy management and creation of project tasks. The design, layout and colours are very easy on the eye, the design, UX/UI super easy to understand and follow with out much, if any training
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is one of the most cutting edge project collaboration and tracking tools. Without all the hassle of heavy submission of project data e.g. Chase
Makes my day easier
What do you like best about the product?
The tasking sharing and time stamped deadline feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The like button feature after a task is completed or on a comment seems unnecessary to workflow and productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team members are able to set an objective and work towards the objective faster because we can delegate tasks to the right people
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There should be one task for your main objective. With that task subtask projects of the objective and then within that project should be tasks for employees. This will provide cleaner tracker.
Asana makes managing multiple projects simple for all teams

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about asana! Add an instant chat and it would be perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issues of who is working on what and tethering tasks between teams has been a problem we’ve been able to solve with asana. With timelines and task dependency we can keep projects on time and under budget.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the video walkthroughs so you have a better understanding of all of the features and how you can customize them!
Great platform to arrange meetings and share files and agendas
What do you like best about the product?
The whole integration is really great. The tasks can be assigned to each individual. Meetings can be scheduled. We can view upcoming meetings on the calendar. We can see the assigned tasks and change their assignment as well, mark them complete or partially complete. It is very good place to keep everything together at one place. For eg if there is an overlapping teams or projects, its a great place to keep them separately without any conflict.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its bit confusing when taks from different projects are seen together. There should be more well built UI separating the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly all the meetings, tasks deadlines, agendas are kept on asana. Important data, links are shared using Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have overlapping team structure, its a best tool to organize your work and assign tasks to diffrent teams.

Best in scheduling tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and make life super easy when you have multiple tasks on different projects/ clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly getting emails from Asana, a major downside I get so many emails as is and don’t need more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to keep coworkers and myself organized
Full of features, but simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Asana can be used in. A variety of different ways. Each user can organize their projects and lists in a way that works for them. They are not confined to rigid frameworks like other software
What do you dislike about the product?
I pay for a premium version, but some interesting, new features require an even high membership price which may be cost prohibitive for many small business users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management has been streamlined, we are working on creating a marketing sales pipeline within Asana as well. Ultimately, I would love for all aspects of our day to day operations maintained in Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool to manage projects both small and large, has a lot of tools and options such as calendar, form, be able to hold conversations, upload files, and many more things that make it an indispensable tool when working as a team and keep the whole team informed about the progress and progress of different projects. It also sends automatic emails to each of the collaborators which allows everyone to be aware of the progress. And on the home screen you have all the tasks to do in a single glance and each of the projects to which these added which greatly facilitates the distribution of activities when the working day begins.
What do you dislike about the product?
In short, it is a complex tool and has a large number of tools, so it has a small learning curve to be able to implement it well as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we use asana to manage the different design projects we have with our customers, at first cost us a little time to implement but once exceeded this time became a very powerful tool for the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To all those people or teams that are looking for a tool to manage projects or tasks, ASANA is the best option, in the free version has a lot of tools to manage tasks and the team, so you can start easily, and as the needs of your company are increasing, asana has a lot of powerful tools in its paid version, which facilitate and streamline much more teamwork.
