Easy task management for teams

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has helped my team manage workflows and task by holding each persona accountable for their part of the project. I can log on and see my assignments and I am able to work on the highest priority and communicate back and forth with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i specifically dislike about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has changed how my team keeps up with their tasks. I can see not only what I've assigned them, but also what they have going on in other working groups It keeps us honest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be challenging to find the best template to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us keep from overloading a single associate. We can also collaborate within tasks and attach versions of documents.

I LOVE this Product!

What do you like best about the product?
I have only used the free version, but it has made projects more streamlined and communication easier. Both organizations I have worked at have used this software and it has helped to keep me on track and is good for content calendars, assigning tasks, and having an overview of what has been completed. There is also a chat feature, but our org uses Salesforce Chatter and G-Chat, so we don't have a need for that feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue, for paid and free, is you cannot assign a task to multiple people. You can have "followers" but only one user is the task assignee. We made a work-around for this, but that was the only stumbling block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, scheduling, approvals of projects/project tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've only explored the paid product, but the free version is doing great things for us!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved that Asana added team collaboration boards. This helped us lead team meetings and build strategic plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Asana isn’t as intuitive for people not familiar with other similar programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to organize our ideas more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Fully hosted SaaS solution for projects of any size. You can have unlimited numbers of projects and tasks going at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like more sorting options and the reports could be more in-depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from Liquid Planner to Asana in 2018 and have never looked back. The ease of use and flexibility is far better and the pricing is a tenth of what we were paying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We did an extensive study of the available options and chose Asana over all others in the market-place.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has really streamlined task management for myself and my team. It allows transparency in what all team members are working on and is a great way to hold people accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still using the free version so it might be beneficial to upgrade to the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were excessive emails and tasks were not always completed. Asana allows all team members to see exactly where we are in each project.

Great task management program

What do you like best about the product?
Team sharing. Pretty easy to use. Fairly simple to communicate with team members. Love the celebration when you complete tasks.

Can sometimes get a little complicated to use

Great Project Management Brings Teams Together

What do you like best about the product?
Project view options, from list to kanban board. This takes Todoist and Trello functionalities into one place. I also love the sections within each project, subtasks, easy filtering of due dates, and the Calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this time. My team and I started using this program heavily these past two months, so we'll need more time to spot any opportunities of improvement or things we don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with exam development, so anytime we deal with new exam launches or exam changes, we undergo many different processes within the functions of each team member to make sure we're following through to complete tasks that move these major projects forward. This has helped the team have one hub to view upcoming exam project launches and progress points utilizing lists, sections and deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for everyone on your team to be on the same page of several projects and be empowered to carry on with project milestones with clear expectations of ownership and collaborative opportunities, Asana is for you! Using Asana has kept me close with understanding what's on my team's plate and what I have prioritized for me during the day, week, month, and beyond. As an editor in my field of work, I handle small and big projects along with routine and one-off tasks. Asana keeps me in check with the things I need to get done and be able to keep my boss and colleagues informed of the status of these tasks on a daily basis. I think everyone will benefit with being able to wrangle projects on Asana as a team and individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana's free features. It allows you to completely add all of your clients/ customers with plenty of information, depending on your needs. I also love the checklist feature where you can add tasks and check them off as you go, while under a specific customer/client- completely customizable. You can also have multiple users working on projects or assignments simultaneously and it auto-updates for everyone. You can also leave notes on each account for the other staff to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't think I've come across anything that I dislike with this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This CRM is so user-friendly. You don't need any experience with previous CRMs to be able to implement and use this successfully. It's so customizable too, so any type of business could benefit from it.

This is the way to go!
