Strong project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless app connections
I enjoy that it's easy to upload content via computer, google, etc.

I cannot 'set by due date' for just my account without changing everyone's view

business problems --> working with remote staff is simple

Just added a home page tab, similar look and feel of Basecamp, but able to get more tasks done in Asana.

Being able to assign projects, due dates, and subtask

It's easy to use. I haven't found any dislikes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool that will allow you to organize your work, allows you to have work teams, with which you can share documents, can have conversations, have a list of tasks and see the process of them in a very simple way, its interface is very attractive and very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a free version that is very limited, and another thing that I do not like is that it can not prioritize tasks and, since it is an online software, sometimes the Internet connection can affect the speed with which it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize my team very easily, avoiding meetings, we can be more productive when we do the tasks or activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent software for collaboration in the team, it is ideal for people who are far away and do not have time to be in an office.
How is the basic version of this product free??
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the perfect software tool for collaboration and product management. It is elegant, functional, easy to pick up, and really makes collaboration within a team much, much easier. It's also a testament to the product quality that looking through the feature questions for this review I learned about like, a dozen other capabilities I hadn't even known about before. Wow!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that subtask functionalities were a little more robust, but that's a 'would be nice to have' problem more than anything.+

Asana has completely changed – or at least reenergized – how I approach project management, both for myself and with my team/

A Darn Good Digital Checklist For Better Project Management And Productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana provides daily or weekly email digests of upcoming or completed projects. This helps keep me abreast on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some interface bugs/ limitations with no apparent documentation on how to resolve but they are minor and there are constant back-end updates to improve the platform! One issue I had was deleting a user I invited who never accepted the invitation to join my Asana workspace. However, customer service is great and can help answer any questions or issues you may have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a great project management tool that helps teams communicate crucial details to increase productivity and streamline workflow. It acts as a digital checklist and has certainly replaced my need for a written notepad!
Best Work Management app
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, really good Google Platform integration, you can create tasks inside tasks inside taks, you can post pictures, comment, tag someone, choose a guy in charge for the task and also send direct messages
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive and you can only have one job (you can't use the app for more than one job.. to do this, you need to create two accounts).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work management, team colaboration, project management and tasks assignment.

Expensive, but wort it!

Great and very easy to use. We like the fact that most people can use it readily.

Costs too much! For every person you add it gets expensive.

Having everyone on the same page, we open a lot of taprooms and do a lot of projects so it has helped in this.

Love the ease of use. The interface is very easy to use and work in. Used as sole project management until we made to make an internal switch.

At times a bit too easy and simple in design. Some clunkiness of areas where you need premium.

Internal marketing team, this helped to manage projects greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me was that you can use the boards if you want. or change to a list. The software is very easy and friendly. You can assign any task and put it in the calendar. Its pretty cool, because you can download the app and update your board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can´t think in just one thing that dislike me, but the team of Asana can upgrade the subtasks part. I mean, the thing is that you can`t assign subtasks to nobody, so you have to turn them in tasks, and that is not cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of this software are the boards, the capacity of assign tasks and that is free.
With the free version, you can handle your agenda and your projects. But, the best tools the paid version have it, like the timeline that is perfect for manage projects with a big crew.

It is dynamic in its tasking. It can be used with many other platforms to enhance our workflow.

They are constantly updating, which is good, but it is not always rolled out very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast paced environment with lots of moving pieces. We have been able to align all of our team members for our projects.

We did a rolling onboard, I would recommend a hard start.
