Clean and organized
What do you like best about the product?
ease of keeping tasks organized and assigned..
What do you dislike about the product?
in general the tool meets my need there is nothing I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the project delivery problem on time. Before this tool we had difficulty keeping the projects up to date and on time.

The navigation of having to move an item to appear under a different category can be frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for following up on action items from meetings. Instead of things being left undone because there is uncertainty about who is responsible for what task, there is clarity and those items get done
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Embrace the feature that allows you to create different headings. It took me a while to start using that feature and it is one of the best. Also, use it as a team-building opportunity to help clarify roles in your work relationships - don't feel awkward about assigning someone a task, it's really helpful!

it is a great project management tool to help assign tasks to each of the team members, to put due dates, screenshots and prioritization for people

The ability to have sub tasks assigned to other memebers with inidividual due dates.

Wish the templates were even more complex.

Onboarding and offboarding through templates, additionally communication between the team has improved..
Asana is a fantastic under-used tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great way to organize priorities and work on projects! The dashboard is cool and interactive. It is easy to use and even has a favorites section!
What do you dislike about the product?
Things stay there in your dashboard until you delete them or move forward with them. So make sure to keep update while using the took to avoid 'cluttering' your dashboard.

Group projects, time managment, pulling reports.

Asana is really fun and is a great way to manage your projects! I highly recommend trying this product out and seeing how much it can improve your workday and projects!
Best Task-Focused Space - Makes Collaboration a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana probably more than anything else. It makes organizing projects and tasks so simple, and the customer support is unreal. Love the new features they always come up with! Makes my work week 110% better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'd like to be able to assign a task to more than one person when we're delegating to a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, collaboration, virtual work spaces, solving client issues, tracking progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Asana and its features. They are continually growing the platform and making things better. Timeline is an incredible function and allows for my team to work on multi-month projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot of dislikes with Asana. Their customer support has responded quickly on any questions I have had and they send plenty of updates to help with learning new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team organized and up to date on complex projects. We have seen an increase in productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to tag people and make sure that once they're done they don't have to keep getting notifications since you can just take them off the task.
Super easy to organize projects and prevent duplicate tasks.

There's nothing that comes to mind. It serves the purpose we have it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us remove silos between departments by collaborating on projects here. If someone feels they want updates they can be added as a follower. It has helped us project management at scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on your needs, Asana helped our operational excellence go from a 6 to a 9. We are able to get so much more done now that we have everyone using and trained in asana. They have great training videos that make training from 0-80% about an hours time.

All projects can be consolidated into a task list.

It's hard to get used to assigning tasks to multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication within the office. Asana is a centralized area where all projects and tasks are there, projects will not get lost within emails now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to write down your day-to day tasks as well as track what others are doing, you are able to chat with people, make lists, to-do lists as well as make deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that asana is sometimes very slow on my computer (I have an old computer) so it gets frustrating to work with sometimes.

we are fixing the issue of project management within all departments and communication amongst teams while they are on the road.
