Awesome Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The Asana software allows teams and individuals to stay on top of tasks

The software takes some time to set up tasks

Staying on top of tasks and meetings.
simple and easy for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very user friendly program that doesn't need a lot of explanation to make users efficient while using it. It also has fast performance as an advantage in addition to being free to under 15 users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add feature to assign tasks to multiple users, sometimes there's more the one person involved in a certain task that needed assignee to be two of them without the need to make sub task. also lack of time tracking and no glimpse of the reporting features in the free version. also embedded integration with other apps is not user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing team work and having logs for every team member input in a certain project and easily communicating regarding updates and status of the task.
Great functionality and usability but missing some features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to segregate projects and add on coworkers based on their project involvement. The clear dashboard helps keep me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more a ability of the platform surrounding sub-tasks and the assignment of owners of them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps the entire project team stay on track with goals and activities in real time. Reduces confusion on roles and responsibilities and helps to increase productivity.
Easy & Efficient for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is an efficient way to organize and manage my to do list. It’s easy to use and provides a clean overview of what has been done and what still needs to be completed. I also very much enjoy the little encouragements the program gives you when you complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t have a chat feature within the software. This would be great for easier communication with my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes your to do list efficiently, making it easy to keep track of what you’ve completed and not completed.
Bring order to your projects
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Asana, I relied on notes, calendar reminders, reminders in Slack, or at worst, coworkers asking me for status updates. Asana brings a ton of order to my workload and adds visibility to all the team for outstanding items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is only as good as you are committed to living out of Asana. The more you use it, the more useful it will be. Migrating your previous process to Asana was the hardest part for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana adds order to messy projects and drives accountability across teams.
Task Management Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this software is how easy it is to create and assign a task to yourself or a colleague
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion at times there are more individuals, usually two or three, that are involved in completing a task, yet the program only allows you to assign one person. Wish they would open it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now as a manager I am aware of what my staff is working on and also if they need help to finish a task all they need to do it let me know through the program. This is a great help to me when giving reports to my upper management on specific projects.

Give it a try using the free side first so you can decide if this is a good project management tool.
Help yourself and your employees stay on top of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy this app because I'm most productive when my tasks/job are laid out in one place for me to see. I can update it or make changes any time, and can even create categories for tasks if I want to work on one section at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I don't like about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees no longer have the excuse of "I didn't finish that because I didn't know I was supposed to do it" and holds everyone accountable.
Fantastic Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create and nest subtasks for clearer organization. I also love that you can tag your colleagues, as well as assign specific tasks, which helps everyone stay organized and on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's difficult to view task lists in full screen. To do that I have to copy the link to the list into a new tab, and I often accidentally click out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team stay organized and on top of things. I helps prevent things from falling through the cracks, and where things in emails can get overlooked, Asana tasks are more difficult to miss when you're going through a list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider it's compatibility with other products you use, like Slack.
Effective and easy project management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create projects and tasks. Very user friendly. Team collaboration and file sharing is one of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a free version. I feel that most of my negative feedback would be solved by paid plan. Perhaps too many email notifications is a major dislike. I wish the notification settings had a more robust filtering option. Also, it would be great if the card view projects could be automatically organized by date, like Trello.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve project management, task delegation and collaboration. We find it beneficial to have the project data available at one spot and the ability to attached files to tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for small teams. Asana offers a free version which perfect to get you going. Our team has been using free Asana for a number of years now.
Organize and direct projects in a very easy way
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very complete platform to follow tasks and projects as a team, its interface has a great design and it is also very interactive, it allows me to add tasks, discussions and upload all kinds of files. It also has a native mobile application for Android and IOS very useful to take it anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is almost impossible to prioritize the tasks, in addition the complements or integrations of third parties are somewhat expensive for a small team, I could say that the free version is very limited, so it is not recommended for large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep up with the other departments of my work since each team member can upload their updates, it is also very useful to keep the team organized and finish tasks on time.

Excellent tool for large teams of people.
