What do you like best about the product?
I have been a high-level user of Asana in various roles for five years, and the platform continuously has evolved to keep up with the ever expanding project management space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a team-based chat system continues to be my only sore point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is growing rapidly, and as the team grows, Asana allows us to streamline and task everyone appropriately.

The tool covers my work needs and it can handle my tasks very efficiently. It is quite easy to manage the company project. Asana is easy to use and far more reliable product with efficient working. Asana is a great application, especially for collaboration and project management. Asana is very helpful in better planning. Asana is very user friendly and stands as per industry standard for project managers. This tool is used for every major project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many press options that can be difficult to change. Some people that l have work with have their project track on their computers, so l must export it to excel or pdf for them to see. It also does not offer much of the customization for us to embed it in our way of working. It is quite a complex task which involves previous experience to pull out max productivity out of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is the best tool as compared to the other management tools in the market. It is a very reliable and efficient software and is recommended for everyone. It has been adopted at industry level for keeping intact with the employees and making the most of projects. It also enables us to maximize our potential in the way of producing efficient management of projects and day-to-to tasks.

For the beginners, asana is not so easy to use. The most obvious difficulty that we faced while using this software is that it is so difficult for us to sharing a project for the beginners as well as the users. The software is less intuitive software as compared to its competitors. But still asana always increase the quality of our projects in a better way. This software has the great ability to create the tasks and the projects templates in a more efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana in each project is available in all formats for all members of our group. Asana shows us better time management. This collaborative tool allows the user to transfer all kinds of file with the work team. Asana allows working in a more organized way. Asana is a great application to track working progress. They are interactive, attractive and offer a great solution to our doubts. This tool is very easy to use as the features are easily understandable. The system is very focused on getting the updates quickly to the other members of the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not recommend for sales related projects. We need to do be aware of the nature of project to proceed with it. The support is also not so fast in helping the solution of problems that occur. It also does not allow to control version of documents. Still there are some kind of confusion to navigate around.It is necessary to work with an internet connection.

The function is completely reliable and good quality tool for project collaboration. Using Asana has been very simple. I love the comment features on Asana especially so you can communicate with other folks that you work with. I also love the assigning tasks function so you can seamlessly hand things off when you complete your portion of a project.

I can't say that there's much I dislike about it. I would like more of a calendar view perhaps

Definitely saves us time on collaboration and meetings. Great for bringing new employees up to speed on the history of the project.

Asana is the best software and easy to use. The best feature of this software is that it has the ability to share tasks, deadlines, notes and projects with our team members. It is easy to organized and customizable software. This software provide a lot of insight in to use and customize the our organization. Asana is most beneficial software to small to medium size teams that the different geographical locations. Asana is very fast and reliable software. This software is very easy to use for tasks management system and that’s great for development. Hence, we use a spreadsheet to plan because it’s very simple and flexible.

The disadvantage of this software is that it has a little bit of a learning curve. Asana has a outstanding feature but there are some feature should be more enhanced hence, it is not suitable for big size marketing companies. Sometimes for the beginners faced a lot of problem to find a specific features of this software such as the dashboard and communication tool. Moreover, this software does not have the ability to chat and messages instantly.

I like how easy Asana is to use and that it can handle larger project needs to keep everyone on track. The dependent on feature is really handy so that you know what to wait for before you start your end of the task.

There isn't really anything I dislike. I use it almost every day and I can't imagine my workday without it!

Time management, task notes, project timelines, calendar scheduling, team organizing. The benefits that I realized was how easy it was to keep myself on track when I write everything down into my tasks list after a meeting. It has really helped me stay on top of follow ups and deadlines.
