Project management made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the design of the application, practically without having used it you never know what you have to do to create a project and follow it up. In addition, the interaction between users is great to be able to work together on the same project in a very interactive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like, this program has pleasantly surprised me and now our company works better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana the organization of projects in our company begins to work properly, with the management of tasks in the projects and the possibility of adding involved and commenting on updates in the same project, there is no longer a forgotten or delayed task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using it because it is totally free, it has payment options that are very interesting, which I would recommend you buy.
Asana is a great tool for managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize your dashboard and all the extras. You can set is so that cool, whimsical animals streak across the screen occasionally when you mark a task as complete. It's surprisingly rewarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more control over some of the sub-categories in the "my tasks" area to make tasks better organized. I'd also like more customization of the types notifications to receive via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's greatly helped my task and time management. It's helped us a lot with assigning tasks to our interns as well.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to read and follow layout, intuitive features, great built-in team communication
What do you dislike about the product?
the calender feature is OK, not great and the progress tracking is weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use asana for project management but also for team collaboration and cross-functional communication. Assigning a task to a colleague is better than sending an email and you can see when they respond and act on it, also a place to keep associated documents and discuss / answer questions.
Asana is the best Company and project managment tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great to organize a comapny and its projects. Great use of Multiable organizations and projects within them. Task tracking is great with comments and task statuses. Ability to switch a project into a board instead of a list is also a massive plus. The intergration with outside tools like git and slack is also a very big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be over complecated and very daunting to new users. If you start a Asana organization from scratch you wont have this problem. But if you are introduced to a slack that has been used for years its can take alot of time to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is there to solve core issues of our company. We use it for clients ptojects to scope out the work and assign tasks. We also use it to keep track of company polices and accounting. Basically it can store and record every thing you need to do in a company and can be used by every single employee.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No mater what size company you are then Asana is definatly worth it. Finding a tool that keep track of every inch of you business for projects to polices to recruitment is no easy task. But Asana does that perfectly and I higly recommend it. You do not need the paid version unless you want to have massive teams but in general they allow 15 users per team so its quite big.
Ease of Use, getting things done
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the software. It is easy to navigate through and the search function is spectacular. The notification system is something that really helped Users get tasks finished at the end of the day. The User interface is obviously designed with the consumer in mind. I am able to easily collaborate with every member on my team : Enigneers, CEO, Sales, Marketing, HR, and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how we cant change the font size sometimes. It is frustrating because sometimes we need to emphasize something or sometimes we need to go out of or way to bring attention to another thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more efficiently hitting and solving our business objectives. Day by day tasks are more clear and overall it seems likes employees are satisfied in terms with their OKR's. The benefits all and all come down to a injection of productivity.

I would recommend Asana to everybody.
Project Management System for Your Whole Team!
What do you like best about the product?
Each project is listed, with each task that is needed. We are able to set up templates and copy those for projects that have like tasks, but yet, we can add in new tasks or adjust or change after we copy the template. Overall Asana provides us with a lot of options for all the project we work on for all our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I really don't have anything I don't like. We've been using it company wide for over a month and it has helped us to stay more on top of our projects, but seeing our "My Tasks" tab which also provides you with a way to organize and categorize the tasks that is listed specifically for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete tasks on time. Assign tasks to team members to ensure that a step or task is not missed during our project scope for what we've agreed to complete for clients. We also use Asana with our clients, and to date, it's working nicely to give them the inner view of how the project is proceeding, which we update them each week with a weekly report, but they can check Asana whenever they'd like as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a Project Management system that will allow you to provide your team with the best of both worlds - giving them their tasks and have everything in one system for task driven completion, then hands down, Asana is a smart choice.

What do you like best about the product?
Infinite tasks and sub-tasks with the possibility of Gantt Charts! If your team works cross-functionally and is asked to share progress calendars or water-falls of how the chips will fall this is it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I recommend going into this with a project strategy otherwise things can get a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency with other areas of our business. As well as easy to use task manager that keeps us accountable for deadlines.

Look at the number of integrations that this tool uses, if you use any of those the choice here is obvious.
Easy task and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use, and the design is intuitive. I can move seamlessly between all current projects, keeping them organized and communicating with all collaborators in one location. Asana is a pleasure to use, and includes all features necessary for managing my projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing Asana might consider adding is the abilityt o have a recurring task. For example, I do a monthly audit that I'd like to be able to mark complete each month, and have the same task appear the next month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana streamlines communication on all major and minor projects within our organization. Collaboration between departments is easier than ever.

Asana is awesome, and well worth the investment.
Most simple and intuitive task manager
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome calendar view with tasks. It's like in google calendar, but more user friendly, useful and cute. Also powerful feature - repeat tasks. I have a lot of tasks like pay taxes, check advert, which repeat every few month, days, years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is ok in Asana. I wanted calendar view on mobile devices, but they did it few month ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am organizing my work flow like a freelancer. Also using it when working on a projects with a small team.

Project management and mainly communicaions, it makes communicating with peers and colleagues as well as clients so much efficient and effective

You might need to take fee hours to be a fast user but it is quite self explanatory. And it helps when you have various tasks to be completed amd monitored by other members.
