Great use for departmental project management

Asana is very easy to use and use friendly.

Having to duplicate tasks for each individual

Excellent visibility on ownership, deadlines, and dependencies across complex workflows.

Initial setup and governance require discipline; without structure, projects can become cluttered.

Helps teams stay aligned and accountable across multiple projects, reducing communication gaps.
Overall great project management service but has it's flaws
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and robust functionality of the service. It does a lot and can be customized heavily to suite your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I think should be supported but are not possible yet. However, by FAR the biggest problem is the Android app. It's SO SO BUGGY and it's been that way for years. I've had dozens of conversations with support about it and despite continual assurances that it's been fixed, it's still so buggy. My full list of tasks sometimes won't load, sometimes it's SUPER slow, sometimes it takes 10+ seconds to register that I clicked on something, many times it crashes, etc. It's strange because the iOS app, Windows app, and web version all work great. I was eventually told by support that their Android app needs to be rebuilt or something and that it wasn't planned in the coming future so it could take into the years to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all of our projects and teams organized, with each project having it's own custom configuration that best suites it's unique aspects.
Its very easy to use navigation with all the features at one place to check out and manage.

User friendly interface, Managing Projects and tasks at one go, updating the status of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Collaboration Features in Free Plan, One Assignee per task.

project and task management, team collaboration, and communication. It helps teams stay organized, track progress, and improve overall efficiency
Asana - Such a useful tool with ample of efficient training
What do you like best about the product?
Using Asana is so helpful for multiple tasks and surely enhances the overall worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a beginner, it can be a little overwhelming with the tasks and getting used to the interface but with time, it is good to learn and get familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana definitely makes collaboration very easy and as a result, the document or product is well contributed from many people and it is much more efficient.
Great tool if you are willing to keep on it

The new AI features for example around status development, or report creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of great features that are not intuitive to find. The AI feature may be helping to surface this though.

Keeping a tracking of projects, team availability, PTO etc

My tasks calendar has helped efficiently plan the week ahead and get important not urgent tasks done

Not being able to see a start time for tasks on the calendar view, only in list. Some basic features like goals should be available in the starter package

Used to focus on 7 habits elements of weekly planning and focusing on important not urgent tasks in all aspects not just business
Easy way to manage tickets
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to manage bugs and support requests internally. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super intuitive when trying to create a view for all the of the bugs and support requests I am managing within a given time frame.

It's helping my team manage tickets internally and serves as a project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Asana for over a year now, about 6 months ago I upgraded to the licensing. It has so many key features for keeping me on track with my clients. It is worth the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say the "free" version is great, but you are limited. That's the reason I upgraded my subscription. The difference between the two really did help me siginificantly.

Organization of projects with my clients, and keeping me on task.
