What do you like best about the product?
Asana has truly transformed the way our team collaborates and manages projects. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to organize tasks, set deadlines, and track progress — all in one place. The flexibility to create different views (list, board, timeline, calendar) ensures that everyone can work in the way that suits them best.
One of my favorite features is the seamless integration with other tools we use daily (Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, and more), which reduces friction and keeps everything connected. The ability to assign tasks and add comments directly on them minimizes email back-and-forth and fosters real-time collaboration.
The reporting and goal-tracking features have also been invaluable for giving us visibility into team performance and helping us stay aligned with our objectives.
Overall, Asana is an essential tool for any team that wants to stay organized, increase accountability, and boost productivity. Highly recommended!

What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is a powerful and flexible tool, there are a few areas where it could improve. First, for new users or less tech-savvy team members, the learning curve can feel a bit steep — especially when trying to navigate advanced features like custom fields, automation rules, and reporting dashboards. Some onboarding guidance or more built-in tips would be helpful.
Second, as projects scale and more tasks are added, Asana can feel a bit overwhelming without careful organization. It would be great if there were stronger built-in features for managing cross-project dependencies and preventing duplicate work across multiple teams.
Lastly, some key features (like advanced reporting and workflow automation) are gated behind higher-tier plans, which can make it harder for smaller teams or startups on a budget to take full advantage of the platform.

Powerful & User-Friendly Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful and very user-friendly project management tool. Our team is staying organized, on track, and learning to manage their work efficiently. The interface is clutter-free, leading to intuitive task management and flexible project views. This is great for our larger organization and smaller project teams. Our team uses this daily, and we can't speak highly enough of the implementation and support we have received along the way. I love the integration with the tools we are already using, helping to keep everything organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there are so many capabilities within Asana, it can be a little overwhelming at first, and I highly recommend the webinars to help familiarize and make sure you're making the best use of the system!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps with knowing who is doing what and the timeframe for completion. This helps multiple projects stay on task. We also take advantage of the cross-department collaboration, ensuring shared projects are tracked.

It does take a bit of time to figure out how to best use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing calendar, goal setting, content planning etc was all over the place before. It is streamlining the organization and communcation for us.
Getting started was easier than anticipated
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is a big one. Once you spend a little time in there you'll find yourself relying on it for everything, even personal to-do lists. The Asana Academy is also extremely well thought out and supported with both learn at your own pace and live training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of drag/drop of projects into portfolios would be helpful. Easy enough to work around, but could be even more intuitive.

Making Project Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana for our Project Management tasks & timeline management. Asana helps us to align with the goals & easy to set reminders as well. One of the best feature we like about it the reporting & Goals feature that helps us find out the productivity of the team. The Teams feature is also helped us in creating department wise groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex UI/UX of the tool sometime became hurdle when a newbie join the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helping us in making our goals aligned & documenting the tasks & categorization of tasks & tickets within the team equally. It also helping us to managing the team efficiency by reporting & goal sheet features. One of the best utilization of Asana if helps us achieve the deadlines faster by managing the tasks efficiently & time based reminders too.
Asana is very user friendly and a great partner for project management and task completion!

I appreciate tracking project management and the ability to assign vital tasks to bring our team together. It's also super helpful in keeping my own tasks organized so that I rarely miss a step.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how it makes every project feel clear and simple from the start. The interface is clean and intuitive, so creating tasks or checking status is effortless. I especially appreciate the different views (List, Board, and Timeline) because I can pick the perspective that works best for what I’m tracking. Its integrations with Slack and Google Drive keep everything in one place without extra steps. It really just lets me focus on doing the work and getting things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that some of the really helpful features are locked behind higher pricing tiers. Things like advanced reporting or better admin controls would make a big difference, but they aren’t available unless you upgrade. Also, managing approvals or dependencies across multiple projects can feel a little clunky. It’s not a dealbreaker, but there’s room for it to be more flexible in how cross-functional work is handled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve the chaos of scattered work. Instead of juggling Slack messages, emails, and random notes, everything lives in one place where I can actually track progress. It keeps my team aligned on who’s doing what by when, which cuts down on follow-ups and confusion. It also makes it easier to spot roadblocks early and adjust. For me, that means less time chasing updates and more time focusing on the work that matters.
