Intunitive and Useful Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Creation of dedicated project templates

Alerting Team Memebers when new tasks have been created , this functionality could be better executed

Establishing timelines for internal teams and ability to have a single source of truth in our organizaiton

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tag, assign, comment easily coordinating large groups of people around the same goals. I like how easy it is to setup tasks and delegate responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana would benefit from incorporating more of the Smartsheet functionality in it's timelines. I'm missing an easy place to set start/due dates, duration and predecessors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to store all information in one place around certain projects and still have the full team be up to speed on the information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the board view function so that I can clearly see what stage I'm at with each task and project. I use Asana every day for work and it's been a life saver to stay on track and stay organised!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with Notion as I use this to keep all my documents

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana helps organize my day to day with tasks created for me from my boss and project managers. It is easy to use without much of a learning curve and helpful for collaboration when fully implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
When tasks are not assigned to me and I need to create them myself to show the amount of work I have done and things I have finished, it is very time consuming. My work day is already busy and sometimes keeping up with Asana takes a bake seat due to the time required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful for when I have conflicting schedules with management and I can receive a task assigned to me for my next work assignment with images, comments, and decsriptions. It speeds up the workflow process if things are already set up in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to get started. It helps me organize and plan my personal tasks efficiently while also improving collaboration with my teammates. With features like task assignment, progress tracking, and reminders, our project management has become much more streamlined and organized. It’s a very practical and reliable tool for team coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s a board/bulletin setting that lists notes which do not have a specific due date but are also important to be seen constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps as a calendar between teammates and it benefits me by improving the workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is that for similar projects I am able to create templates. This has been very useful in the work that I do. Also, to help streamline some of our processes, Forms has been very useful and I love that I am able to get information directly in Asana instead of having to manually enter and risk human error. I also have my asana account linked to google mail and it helps to create a task instantly based off of the info received.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to utilize adding more columns and I just dont know the best way to go able it. Also when creating rules, I have ran into a few issues where it moves each sub task to complete vs, waiting and moving the whole task as one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When collaborating on projects, the entire team can see where we are and what steps need to be taken next but also allows for assigning roles and visibility on what tasks need to be assigned
