Great Product To Improve Workplace Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is often praised for its intuitive design and ability to be quickly adopted by users, regardless of their technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is feature-rich, the sheer number of options can be daunting for users, particularly those new to project management tools. This can make even simple tasks feel complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps to create a structured system for managing tasks, projects, and workflows, eliminating the chaos of relying on emails or scattered spreadsheets.

Organization and deadlines tasks efficiently.

Too many notifications in email account causing excess chaos.

I manage accounts for a lot of different organizations. Asana makes it easy to keep track of tasks for each one.

I wish I could schedule social media posts from Asana.

It's easy to learn, you can start from basics and then improving and it will be helping more and more everyday. It's so nice to organize work with coworkers and let you know how to improve time and satisfaction.

Everything is nice. I like everything about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To delegate and follow the tasks delegated.
Taking Project Management to the Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly environment. Everything is easy to access and manage. Also, it allows to integrate internal and external stakeholders into projects. It's easy, convenient and a powerful tool for solo or collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gantt Chart feature could be improved. It's too "light".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of processes it's easier now with Asana. I have everything in my work structure. On top of that, it's allowing me to communicate with team mates in a very efficient way.

I love being able to set my own rules and watch them in action. Asana AI is super helpful in making my workflow support all my various HR tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to set rules for completed tasks to go into your own completed folder that you create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me manage all my business projects including easily tracking onboarding, offboarding and recruitment.
New to ASan - but really like it
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Trello and Airtable before, so this is my first experience with Asana. It keeps you super organized. I'm super "old school" and write out my TO DO lists. But, not I just use Asan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things require too many steps to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication / collaboration / keeping me up to date on my TO DO lists
Easy to Use/ Keeps you on track

The organization set up in asana is my favorite part. I like how you can break things into sub tasks. It is very user friendly and great for team visibility.

There are a lot of features that not everyone might need

It is helping us get all information in one place. Very easy for team visibility and task management
Streamlined My Bookkeeping Workflow and Client Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps me organized and on track with repeatable workflows for client bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and onboarding. I love that I can build task templates with sections, subtasks, and due dates—making my processes consistent and easy to maintain. It helps me stay on top of deadlines and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. As a solo bookkeeper, it’s like having an assistant I don’t have to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was a little steep at first, especially when trying to set up recurring tasks the way I needed them. I also wish there were more automation features available on the free plan. That said, once everything was set up, it’s been a smooth and essential part of my business operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me manage recurring client tasks, keep track of financial deadlines, and maintain consistency across all of my bookkeeping workflows. It reduces the mental load of remembering what needs to be done for each client each month, and allows me to onboard and offboard clients without anything falling through the cracks. It’s a huge time-saver and keeps my back office running smoothly.

Been able to organize different projects in a way that is easy to read and understand, very user friendly!

nothing as of yet. I have used it multiple times and have no complaints
