What do you like best about the product?
This will help me and my designer keep organized with all the different projects and tasks we are constantly juggling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using Asana for a short time, and no dislikes thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping me to stay organized within all the different projects I'm involved in.

Excellent project management software for teams of 5-20
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Asana on two public health research teams ranging from 5-20 members and find the interface to be incredibly user friendly. I find onboarding new users to be very intuitive and implementing work flows for teams of that size to work well. The ability to toggle among the various views (Gantt, calendar, Kanban) is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the messaging feature within individual tasks is one of the weaker features in Asana. It is easy to lose messages within tasks and although you can compensate for this by integrating other IM (i.e. Teams, Slack), the integrated interfaces still don't make for the smoothest transition between apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves project management and collaboration by enabling all team members to see an overview of our projects while allowing each team member to zoom into each individual member and task's scope of work.
Excellent Training on More Obscure Tools!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much depth and when you start out it is a bit overwhelming - most people stick to the basics and have to-do lists for individuals. Yet Asana has so much more capabilities to help manage your team, and the workload! Tracking the work is the biggest asset to asana and when built correctly, can give HUGE insights into what your team is working on and how much is getting accomplished. Learnin got use GOALS is a game-changer! Goals are a must-have for the CEO and other department heads - this is where the rubber meets the road!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thinig that was hardest to really wrap my head around was the immensity of Asana and how MUCH there is. Perhaps pop-ups or reminders woulc be built in to introduce relevant tools and features as they become useful?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a place to assign tasks, build workflos, address communication needs, and gives us overviews of the workload, and the goals of the company!

- You can add members (assign, or as a colaborator) as long as you have an email address.
- You can add due dates; one specific date, range or even repetition
- You can comlete the task in the email without having to open Asana

I wish I could set a date for when tas would start and when it is due, maybe I just dont know to set it up yet

Regarding Asana's Core Features
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple features provided by this platform. Asana provides Project Management Feature through which projects can be easily managed by organizing tasks and tackle work together in a shared hub. They provide Custom fields so that we can sort, filter, and automatically report on work. The time tracking feature helps us to measure time spent on work
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that their limited customisation is the thing in which they should work and improve it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, it used to diffult to organize the work. By using Asana I can easily organize the work in list, calendar, timeline, Gantt chart, or Kanban board.
La herramienta correcta para equipos.
What do you like best about the product?
Al principio me encontré un poco reacio a usar Asana, pero luego me empezó a gustar. Se agradece una herramienta que sea más limitada que por ejemplo Notion, que es demasiado libre. Uno se mete a Asana a hacer justo lo que necesita y nada más.

Tal vez el precio, pero es lo que siempre diría la gente.

Este apartado está mal traducido al español por si acaso. La unificación de proyectos y sus estados. Es importante que todo lo que se actualice en una tarea esté en el mismo lugar. No en el chat, no en el correo, no en distintas aplicaciones de tareas. Un solo lugar.
