What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to navigate. Tasks are simple to create, assign, and track. It keeps everything in one place, so nothing gets lost. It helps me stay on top of deadlines with reminders and due dates. Projects feel more structured because tasks can be broken down into steps. I can immediately see what needs attention each day. Comments and attachments stay linked to the task, avoiding confusion. Calendar views make planning workload much easier for some tasks. Helps me feel more organised and less stressed, I can prioritise and manage my time well. Tasks are tracked, scheduled and I can make them recurring. Creating a Profject as a Template and Duplicating has saved me and my team so much time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always clear who is responsible when multiple people work on one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep track of tasks and important dates, and it’s been especially helpful for onboarding new starters, organising events, and managing changes to staff contracts. It also works really well for our fortnightly and monthly team meetings — we can easily add, remove, and resolve agenda items all in one place.

Moreover, Asana is famous in solving time issues in managing repetitive daily tasks, using task status tracker has facilitate for transparent task processing and straightforward integration with DocuSign for faster task and project approval which is important for professional project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is worthy to complaint here, most of the issue is bugs issues that is solved in less than a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem that Asana has solve is for managing daily tasks and repetitive task that is time consuming to be track manually, Asana facilitate for automatic status changes and real-time notification to users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is committed to growing and developing the platform. It's easy to find ways to personalize the platform for the business, which encourages team adoption. The visibility, autonomous workflow management, and team management features are particularly helpful. Once the task templates are set correctly, it becomes easier to manage tasks. I also recommended Asana to be implemented as the primary platform, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure of the tasks needs to be customized to get the templates right. There was a lot of training but not enough overview to setting up the structure, which to me is the most important part. You don't want people adding random tasks, as it gets too messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me with visibility, autonomous workflow management, and team management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me to stay organized with my manual tasks that cannot be automated or that I am working on automating. It's like the ultimate project checklist.

Literally nothing, but sometimes the display can be a bit overawhelming because it's so detailed.

Asana is solving the problem of manual processes, more narrowly especially that surrounding onboarding and off boarding employees along with payroll.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana clearly answers "who owns this and what are the next steps." It takes work out of Teams threads and people's heads and puts it somewhere visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coordination between Azure DevOps, but that's something that we're working on internally to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for coordination and follow-through tasks. It effectively clarifies ownership and next steps, making processes visible and organized, reducing confusion from team threads.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual interface is incredibly intuitive. I particularly love the Timeline and Board views, which make it easy to track the progress of our marketing campaigns and product launches. The notification settings can be a bit overwhelming at first if you don't customize them, leading to a flooded email inbox. Also, some of the more advanced automation features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which is something to consider for smaller teams.
