A little difficult to use
What do you like best about the product?
We can put everything in one place and it is free which is good because we all are having a difficult time using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is too difficult to use and we have never used a program like this before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't needed to solve any problems. I can clearly see who is doing what or plan to do something.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maybe a webinar on how to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps manage all project work very easily in few clicks, If you're a manager, track the progress of each individual employee and project, follow up, give feedback. If you're a team member, coordinate with your entire team online. And that too with a sleek and easy User interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to fine tune and improve their notification systems a bit. Sending email reminders of upcoming deadlines isn't the most sophisticated way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Entire project management is now off the whiteboard, excel gantt charts and onto Asana. Tasks, sub tasks ,colleagues working along on tasks. It is all online. Separate message thread on each task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a must try. It can really help in managing projects. It even has a cost free version.

Great to help manage your tasks! Keeps you on track and helps you feel accomplished when checking of tasks. Great motivator.

So far just learning to use it. Would love more quick videos of “tips” to get to learn all the features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing I haven’t figured out it how to properly assign tasks to multiple people under a project. Like project has 4 people, but a specific task id like to assign to 2 people, not just one!

Need a way to assign a task to multiple people under a project. Right now only lets me assign one person as the main person. The remainder I assign in comments.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can make subtasks within a task, add followers if it requires more than one person involved. Also, you can drag images, videos and files and comments/notes. It makes it easy for me to delegate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your tasks in my tasks section are set in later/upcoming/today. Wish it was sorted by project and chronologically listed by dates. Also a feature to hide tasks that dont have a due date set (in case the task wss on hold).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to come up with a workback for the creative team that allows us to quality check our work. But we dont know how to do so without it doubling the tasks or overlapping the tasks. Also, i believe there is a feature but it requires an upgrade.

I've generally been a rundown producer. I appreciate the sentiment of having the option to check an errand off when it's finished. Asana steps up the undertaking finish fun by giving you a flying unicorn or other animal after an assignment is finished. I like that it is so natural to see every one of your assignments without a moment's delay and how you can channel finished/uncompleted errands.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very handful number things that I despise about Asana. I don't generally like the segments and how they are shown. In any case, the primary thing that grabbed my attention when I began utilizing it was the design of the bar on the left hand side. I figure it could be improved and permitted to be more modified. I additionally thing the Board could be increasingly moderate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me to monitor all work and individual assignments. Various sheets can be made, so you can separate errands as indicated by their classes. Asana has enabled us to do this. Our lone wish is that it had progressively computerized highlights. Asana has completely changed the manner in which we make extends and impart in the organization I am presently taking a shot at. Our main motivation for utilizing Asana is to help compose our group's ventures, remain over undertakings and work with cross-useful groups flawlessly.

Reminders are too frequent, but when you turn them off our staff doesn't use the tool.
Allows project managers to delete and remove tasks without approval from a supervisor.
Duplication tool works well, but still has some functionality that could be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is being used by our project management and program management team within our organization. We use it primarily to organize our programs but have a few important grant deadlines and other tasks within the organization as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Only works if the whole team is committed to using and updating the tool. We have a few team members that infrequently update their progress, which diminishes the value of the tool.
Not the most intuitive, but a useful tool once you get comfortable with it
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me and my colleagues to track our progress in real time, and prevents repetition of tasks (aka wasted time).
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times, the formatting of emails sent from our vendors/customers doesn't translate into Asana. It looks messy, and is hard to read. I find myself having to go back to my Gmail inbox to read/respond to emails.
Additionally, it would be very nice to have email/message sending capabilities.

Invoice processing is now a more streamlined process. Being able to "assign" tasks to colleagues has been useful for dividing and conquering our daily task lists.

It is very intuitive. The design is also nice and clear

It's like any other task app. There is no extra special feature.

Easy to collaborate with multiple members. Tasks can be easily created on the board with easy callouts to different members of the organization
