Project Templates Make Client Work Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I love creating project templates in order to create new projects for clients seamlessly. I also love seeing employees calendars easily to see their capacity and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to integrate Outlook meeting invites and automatically add those to calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimisation, project management, operations
Comprehensive, User-Friendly Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana as a project management tool for all departments within my business, and I like that everything is in one place, which makes it really convenient. It's user-friendly and has a lot of features that we use across different departments. I enjoy collaborating with other people, even outside the organization, as it resolves the endless email threads by allowing us to add them as collaborators on projects. The initial setup was very easy, and we had support from a specialist, Allan, who did a walkthrough and provided support videos, which was really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana consolidates all tasks in one place, enhancing collaboration within the team. It systemizes processes by organizing meetings and marketing assets. We reduce email threads by adding external collaborators directly to tasks, making our work efficient and comprehensive.
Effortless Workflow Tracking with Unmatched Automations & Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to organize and track progress on workflows across teams, as well as organizing personal tasks. The automations and integrations with Asana are unmatched!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are truly very few downsides to Asana. I do wish it could be used more easily for a content calendar setup, although there may be a better way to configure that now after ongoing improvements have been made to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps improve the visibility of work being done and foster collaboration across multiple teams. It's simple and intuitive for basic users, but it also has the capabilities to become more robust. The automations and workflow management features have helped save an incredible amount of time, and giving feedback via comments in the platform is so seamless. It's also easy to work with an external partner for various projects and bring them into the fold. It is by far the best project management tool I've used.
Effortless Team Management with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana for team management in my agency as it helps automate things like onboarding, provides clear visibility on deadlines, ongoing task management, and progress through projects. I appreciate its ease of use and user interface. I've tried many other platforms like Teamwork, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, and Notion, but none of them feel as easy to use or have as nice a UI as Asana. It's just clean, clear, and decluttered, which is important to me as a designer. Setting up Asana was very easy, and using the AI made it even simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish time tracking could be included in lower plans, but totally understand they need to run a business. But I would LOVE time tracking!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me automate onboarding, offers clear visibility on deadlines, manages ongoing tasks, and tracks project progress.
Due Dates and Reminders That Keep Us on Track
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the due dates and reminders feature
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the repeat due date system as it creates a lot of duplicate tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and remembering my tasks
Asana is Polished Team Project Management with Flexible Views
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most polished project management tool I've used at the team level. The ability to view the same project as a list, board, timeline, or Calendar without any extra setup is genuinely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface, while clean, can become cluttered quickly on large projects with many subtasks and dependencies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were managing a marketing and product team simultaneously with a mix of Spreadsheets and email threads. Deadlines were missed not because of lack of effort but because of visibility was poor, Asana fixed that almost immediately. The timeline view alone has prevented at least a handful of launch delays by making bottlenecks visible before they become emergencies.
Asana Keeps Small Initiatives Organized with Minimal Effort.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been useful for keeping smaller initiatives organized without too much extra work. I've mostly used it for keeping track of who owns a task, creating simple schedules, and keeping a view on what the team is working on week-to-week. It's simple enough that changes aren’t really extra work.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can feel a bit limiting for projects that need very detailed dependency tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Asana, we mostly relied on shared spreadsheet and chat thread organization, which made it difficult to easily monitor progress. With Asana, we had a place to easily view the status at a glance.
Effortless Project Management, Superb UI
What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana's UI great, making it easier for organizing and managing projects. It works really well for large-scale website projects and enhances tracking, workflow setup, reporting, and communication so things don't get lost. The initial setup was really easy, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be an easier way to visualize/capture/view subtasks. Sometimes have a hard time deciding between creating a new project or just adding subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes tracking, workflow setup, reporting, and communication easier and more organized, preventing information from getting lost.
Dashboards and Rules That Supercharge Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
All of the different dashboards and rules to improve all workflows!
What do you dislike about the product?
That not all factors and characteristics are intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation in switching tasks to different people and also managing the workload of an agency.
Intuitive and Customizable for Effortless Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the usability and customization of Asana. The UI is very easy to use considering the complexity it allows. Being able to customize colors and more is an added plus. With easier usability, I can spend more time updating projects and tasks and less time trying to figure out the program itself. Everything is right on the main project page, and it's easy to flip from the overall project to tasks to schedules with little effort. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative comments about Asana
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project organization, task tracking, collaboration, and scheduling.
